I am a Marine Stationed in 29 palms california. The vehicle is in my home state of ohio and it would cost me more to ship it than i can afford to pay. Im also leaving in the fall for afghanistan and wouldn't have any use for it for over 6 months anyway. The truck is in great condition for its year and I have never had any mechanical troubles with it. Im the second owner and have had it for 5 years.

Would make a good first vehicle for someone. Its large and safe and would provide peace of mind to a parent.

Its a mild V8. Doesn't get terrible mileage but still has the towing power you expect from a truck.

The Bad:

The truck has two dents

one is about the size of a tennis ball on the rear passenger side corner at the very bottom. It is only noticeable if you're looking for it

The other is about 2-3 inches wide across the hood from being backed into by a truck that was lifted.

It doesn't have the largest engine that the truck comes in (But that saves on gas)

Doesn't have bed liner

This is an amazing truck. It is extremely versatile and can be used for anything someone would need a vehicle for. It could be for hauling, towing, daily driving, or as a first vehicle. Its very safe and efficient and I wouldn't be selling it if i could afford to ship it out here and if I wasn't leaving for deployment. The Kelly Blue Book has it listed at 7096 dollars with all the options as TRADE IN VALUE. Thats in "Good Condition". Im putting the buy it now at 7000 and the reserve much lower than that. This truck is a steal.

Travis Pastrana signs with Dodge for another year, brings partner Bryce Menzies [w/video]

Dodge and SRT Motorsports announced that the Dodge Dart will be returning for its sophomore season of the Global Rallycross Championship with a two-car team fielded by Pastrana Racing. Travis Pastrana drove his GRC Dart to victory lane in the fourth race of the car's inaugural season, and his race team is looking for even more success with the addition of off-road racer Bryce Menzies behind the wheel of the second car.

Help find Kenny Wayne Shepherd's stolen 1972 Dodge Charger

Judging by his collection of cars, blues musician Kenny Wayne Shepherd (shown above, at left, with fellow musician George Thorogood) is an enthusiast of classic Dodge muscle cars, so it's no surprise that he is an active member of Mopar-related online communities. When his 1972 Dodge Charger turned up missing from an LA-area warehouse last Wednesday, Shepherd took to the forums of Moparts.org in an attempt to get the word out in hopes of recovering his custom classic.
The Charger was stolen along with four other vehicles, and Hot Rod reports that two women have been taken into custody since - but still no word on the car. With its blacked-out appearance (including custom Foose wheels), this car is definitely hard to miss, but Shepherd also said that the car might be even more distinguishable now due to some body damage that may have occurred as it was being driven from the warehouse lot. Shepherd's website has a full gallery of images for this '72 Charger, which also has a modern 392-cubic-inch V8 under the hood and a six-speed gearbox pulled from a Viper.

Chrysler recalling 49K Chargers for headlight components

Chrysler has issued a recall for about 49,375 2011 and 2012 Dodge Chargers with halogen headlamps due to a problem with the lights. The automaker says that there could be an issue with the jumper harness and other related components.
The automaker says that 43,450 cars are affected in the US, 2,850 in Canada, 375 in Mexico and 2,700 outside of North America. The vehicles will have their headlight assemblies, including the jumper harnesses and bulbs, inspected and potentially replaced. Dodge says that its engineers investigated reports of that were similar to what was found when it recalled about 10,000 police Chargers in 2012 for overheating light components. There have been no injuries or accidents related to fault, according to Chrysler.
The automaker will be in contact with affected owners, and schedule the service. Naturally, any repairs will be free of charge. Scroll down for the company's full announcement.
