This is a one owner car that has NEVER been raced or tracked and is in showroom condition. The supercharger was professionally installed by Straight Line Performance and comes with a factory Edelbrock power train warranty for 3 years or 36000 miles. This car is producing an ashonishing 550 RWHP or about 640 to the motor. I have had the following items also professionally installed and the list is exstensive: Hurst 6 speed short throw shifter, BC racing coilover shocks, Speedlogix 4 point arch brace over motor and Speedlogix 4 point arch brace in the trunk, Whiteline sway bars both in the front and rear with Speedlogix sway bar end links, Edelbrock E-Force roots type supercharger, brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, Flowmaster series 44 American Thunder full exhaust system, tinted windows and Speedlogix cold air intake system. 2014 Dodge Dart Blacktop glosses over performance
Tue, 14 Jan 2014The Dodge Dart is a decent little car. It's honest, basic transportation, and many of us at Autoblog are genuinely fond of the Alfa Romeo-based compact sedan. For 2014, not a whole lot changes in the Dart world, save the addition of this new Blacktop edition that makes its debut here at the Detroit Auto Show.
It's all very simple, this Blacktop package, and doesn't actually alter performance in any way. Instead, buyers are treated to blacked-out exterior bits like 18-inch wheels, the crosshair grille and headlamp bezels. Inside, black/tungsten or black/red cloth seats are available, with red contrast stitching throughout the cabin.
Adding the Blacktop pack to your Dart SXT with the Rallye Appearance Group will set you back a scant $295, and while it's just an appearance package, it all looks pretty nice to us.
Want a new 2017 Viper? You'd better call Gerry Wood Dodge
Thu, Oct 6 2016As unfortunate as the news may be, the Dodge Viper is entering its final year of production. Slow sales and increased safety regulations have finally killed Dodge's big, brutish, and beautiful supercar. It will be missed. According to Motor Authority, those looking to pick up one of the last remaining models will have to travel to Gerry Wood Dodge in Salisbury, North Carolina. The dealer has apparently managed to secure the final allocation of cars for itself. All 135 or so remaining cars will be sold exclusively through Gerry Wood Dodge. While Dodge has already sold out of the limited-edition 2017 models, Gerry Wood Dodge put a team together to research and create their own unofficial limited-edition cars. These will be ordered in specific and unique color and option combinations. Dodge offers more than 8,000 colors for the Viper, so picking out a few unused shades couldn't have been too difficult. While these aren't official, it should provide some bragging rights to owners who manage to secure one of the special cars. Despite the exclusivity and hoarding the final few vehicles, Gerry Wood Dodge doesn't plan to add a dealer markup to the car.
