2006 Chrysler Town & Country
2006 Chrysler Town and Country with Special Edition Package...
"One Owner" and only has 68,583 miles.
My wife took this vehicle
to pick up my daughter at college so before she left I put all
new
front and rear brakes, muffler and front and rear wipers. I also
changed the oil before and after she finished the trip. I chose
this
vehicle because it was clean, gets decent gas mileage and I know
the
Chrysler 3.3L V6 engine is reliable.
My name is Mike and I can be
reached at Performance Autos of SW Florida
239-895-3962
Also this vehicle has never
been smoked in and the air conditioner is ice cold which my wife
insists on.
The Special Edition Package has monochromatic paint on the
side view mirrors, front grill and wheel covers all in Linen
Gold Pearl Clearcoat.
I already mentioned it has a 3.3L V6 engine (the
preferred engine of
Chrysler mini vans) that creates 180 horsepower and
still yields an
economical 17 combined and 24 MPG's on the highway
according to fuel economy.gov.
Questions?
Call Mike today 239-895-3962
It also has a custom stripe, tinted windows and special
edition badges and a front "Chrysler Wings" chrome license
plate.
It really is a "Sharp" mini van with the Special
Edition package and it is
extra, extra clean. The paint shines brilliantly
and the interior is gorgeous.
Again this vehicle has been safety inspected twice and
also has a nice set of Goodyear Assurance tires.
Other options include air bags, AM/FM CD player,
ice cold air conditioner plus many more.
All the electrical equipment works including the cruise
control. It runs and drives excellent and there is no road noise
or
front end clatter.
Tilt
wheel and cruise control
Power
windows and locks
You don't even have to
ship it, just come on down to Florida and drive
back "anywhere" because this
is one reliable vehicle.
It is extremely tight.
I've looked online at comparable
mini vans and the average price was an eye
popping $9500. Plus if you
buy from a "Dealer" you may have to pay an extra
$500-$1000 in what
they call a "Dealer Fee" plus it's taxable!
We don't have them and we don't believe in them!
3 rows of seats
To help with the shipping or other
transportation costs we have made the buy it now
extremely fair and
reasonable at only $6988 and no dealer fees!
Comes with
floor mats, owners manual & books, keyless entry with remote
If you have any questions call me right now at
(239) 895-3962 and "I WILL ANSWER" or call back right away.
Thank you
for your consideration, Michael J Medinis, GSM,Performance Autos

Few things are as fundamentally and unconditionally destructive as a tornado. These cataclysmic phenomena pass through towns, leaving nothing in their wake but ruin and despair. According to an NBC affiliate in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, a car dealership in nearby Canton was hit by a tornado Saturday night. No employees were hurt. Four other people in the area weren't so lucky. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Canton's new showroom and service center were pounded by the storm, leaving dozens of cars in various states of ruin. Some merely lost windows, while others were flipped and left on their sides or roofs. Photos show piles of cars stacked up like Hot Wheels dumped on the ground. According to a statement from the National Weather Service, winds reached speeds of up to 140 mph. Two other tornadoes were reported in the region. The area has been declared a disaster zone and first responders from up to 100 miles away have swarmed in to help out those in need. According to Reuters, the storms Saturday killed 11 people nationwide. This week, thousands of United Auto Workers will converge on Cobo Center in Detroit for the Special Convention on Collective Bargaining, an every-four-year event that lets members tell UAW leaders what the negotiating priorities should be during contract negotiations. This is where a lot of sand and a lot of lines start coming together in preparation for contract negotiations between the UAW and the Detroit 3 automakers, which will happen later this year. Number one on the UAW agenda is the end of the two-tier wage system created in 2007 to help the automakers get through bankruptcy; veteran workers are paid the Tier 1 rate of around $29.00 per hour, new hires are paid the Tier 2 rate of between $15 and $20 and get about half the benefits of Tier 1. Tier 2 hiring has been an undoubted success for the automakers, allowing them to keep factories in the US and hire more workers. By agreement, it is capped at a certain percentage of each automaker's workforce, and while the union's ultimate position is to get rid of the dual-scale system entirely; one leader said Ford could easily afford the $335 million it would take to convert all its workers to Tier 1 out of its $6.9 billion in 2014 North American profit, and General Motors could do the same out of the $5 billion it is handing to investors through the (admittedly forced) share buyback. Other delegates say that at the very least they'd be happy with enforcement of the current caps in the new contract. The automakers, conversely, would welcome expansion of the Tier 2 ranks. Including benefits, import automakers pay workers "in the high $40 range" per hour, according to an analyst, while Ford and GM pay about $59 in wages and benefits per hour. More Tier 2 workers on the rolls would let those two companies get labor cost parity with the competition. Fiat-Chrysler pays wages closer to the imports because of special exceptions in its UAW contract that allow unlimited Tier 2 hiring; those exceptions will end on September 14 and bring FCA into line with the other domestics, unless the new contract maintains them. FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne is opposed to the two-tier system, having called it "almost offensive." One analyst says the UAW might win a sizable pay raise for Tier 2 and a small increase for Tier 1, but the keystone issue will be how the hiring matrix can help the automakers keep overall wages in line with the imports.

Chrysler has reportedly fired a Warren Stamping Plant worker for what the company is calling a violation of its code of conduct. Alex Wassell (left), a 20-year veteran with the automaker, was suspended without pay after he was quoted in an article in The Detroit News. The 63-year-old welder repairman helped organize a demonstration against a new work schedule and was protesting outside the Michigan plant on February 28 when he was interviewed. Chrysler then fired Wassell when the paper published his comments. Wassell, has since filed a grievance and says that he's looking for an amicable settlement between his union and his former employer.
Meanwhile, multiple civil liberties groups have spoken out against Chrysler's decision to dismiss Wassell. Both the National Lawyer's Guild and the American Civil Liberties Union have released statements on the situation, with the ACLU saying "Employees have a right to air their grievances, even if that means a public demonstration or a comments to the media."
According to The Detroit News, Chrysler spokesperson Jodi Tinson said that Wassell was fired for "engaging in activity constituting or appearing to constitute a conflict with the interest of the company."
