I am selling my beautiful 2008 Chrysler Sebring Limited Convertible because I cannot have a car on campus at college. I really don't want to sell this car but I need the money for college as well. This car has been awesome and I'm sad to part with it. I have had it for the past 3 months and I have put a good bit of work into it. My favorite part of the car is how well the calipers, rotors, and wheels compliment the car because of the stainless steel door handles, trim below the windows, stainless steel emblems, along with the black top! It is really nice to drive and has very nice leather interior. This car is front wheel drive and has a 3.5L V6 engine with ICE COLD AIR CONDITIONING, SIRIUS RADIO, and is MP3 compatible! It has key-less entry, power windows & locks, front & side airbags, power front leather seats, power convertible roof, power release trunk(on remote), auto dimming rear view mirror, lights on the mirror, security system, electric screen on dashboard that displays avg MPG, Tire pressure, miles left in tank and more!, tilt-able leather wrapped steering wheel with cruise & audio controls, CD player, MP3 decoder, Sirius radio ready, 6-speed auto transmission, FWD, 4-wheel disc brakes w/ ABS, four wheel independent suspension, tire pressure monitoring system, rear defroster, dual exhaust, Boston Acoustics speakers with 6 disc cd changer (radio has many equalizer settings to make the bass hit!), sport maxing racing wheels($670), new hankook optima tires($620), original manufacturer wheels (so that the new ones do not have to see winter weather! Pics available, just ask), new front and rear brakes and rotors($320), new windshield wipers($35), shiny blue exterior, very clean light gray leather seating. This car has never been smoked in and is really clean. I am currently driving the car, so the mileage will change. If you are interested in the car and have questions please give me a call at 814-525-6481 or message me on ebay. The car is really nice and I have many more pictures that I can send you if desired.

Marchionne says the Chrysler 200 and Dodge Dart were terrible investments for FCA
Mon, Jan 9 2017In a press conference during the Detroit Auto Show, Sergio Marchionne was quite candid about why the Chrysler 200 and Dodge Dart were discontinued altogether without replacement. He essentially said they weren't worth the trouble. "I can tell you right now that both the Chrysler 200 and the Dodge Dart, as great products as they were, were the least financially rewarding enterprises that we've carried out inside FCA in the last eight years," Marchionne said. "I don't know one investment that was as bad as these two were." Marchionne was responding to a question about whether he felt the company's shift toward trucks and SUVs and sacrifice in sedan development was shortsighted. Marchionne said he felt that the market would likely continue to be strong for trucks and SUVs, and that the sedan market requires enormous investment that might not pay off. He used the 200 and Dart as examples. When we tried out the 200 and the Dart, we had mixed feelings. We enjoyed the 200's potent V6, pleasant interior, and solid handling. However, it was lacking in space (especially in the rear seat area), and doesn't drive any better than the top vehicles in the midsize sedan class. As for the Dart, it was fairly roomy, and had great infotainment thanks to Uconnect, but lackluster handling and a surprising amount of weight left it only average. With that in mind, it's probably not a bad idea to get rid of the 200 and Dart. The sedan segment is shrinking, and FCA can only afford to invest in areas where it can be a class-leader. Chrysler IPO to be filed as early as this week
Mon, 16 Sep 2013An initial public offering for the Chrysler Group could happen this week, following Sergio Marchionne's comments to Financial Times in London, according to a report from The Detroit News. Fiat, which owns 58.5 percent of Chrysler, has been in a battle with the UAW retiree healthcare trust over its minority stake in the company. While the automotive union recognizes its role as a temporary shareholder, the two couldn't come to an agreement on how the shares should be priced.
As Marchionne explained to FT, a Chrysler IPO allows the market, rather than the two competing sides, to determine the value of the shares. The public offering is a risky move, which could potentially hang one side out to dry - if the shares go high, it's bad news for Fiat, but if they go low, the UAW stands to lose. Regardless of where the stock prices go in an IPO, though, it's a move that's being supported by analysts, who are quick to cite Chrysler's near-constant growth and a product lineup that is getting healthier with each new introduction.
2015 Chrysler 200 production gets underway [w/videos]
Mon, 17 Mar 2014Chrysler announced recently that it has added some 800 new jobs at its Sterling Heights Assembly Plant (SHAP) to support the production of its all-new 2015 Chrysler 200 sedan. Total employment at the Sterling Heights, MI plant grows to almost 2,800 with the hires, an impressive figure for a plant that was slated for closure in 2010.
Speaking to a crowd of employees and community leaders, Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne was on hand to celebrate the kick-off of 200 production last week. "We're making a big bet on its success," said Marchionne of the sedan, "we've invested nearly a billion dollars in this facility."
That billion-dollar bill has been used to construct a spanking new paint shop, install a new body shop and install "machinery, tooling and material-handling equipment" according to the Chrysler press release. The company says that SHAP now runs to nearly five million square feet of manufacturing space - loads of room for all the new employees to do their thing - and that the facility can handle multiple vehicles on two unique architectures.
