Up for bids is a very nice, very clean, 2006 Chrysler Sebring Touring 4-S. This car only has 116000 miles on it. It runs, shifts, and drives great. Engine is quiet and the trans works as supposed to. It has air conditioning that is cold and all the options work as they should. The paint is nice and shiny with only one small dent on the right front fender, there is a pic of it. Nothing major just want to mention it. There are a few dings, nicks etc that's to be expected on a car this age. Again, nothing major, just normal things. The tires are probably 3/4 or more. It has the factory aluminum wheels also. The windshield has one scuff line in it from a worn wiper blade I guess, not bad but just want to be honest about it all. The interior is very nice and clean with no rips, tears. or any major staining, it has been well taken care of. All in all this is a great work car, a first car for your son or daughter, or a car to send them off to college in without worry. N.A.D.A. book value on this car is $5200 retail but I am letting it go at a very low, reasonable price. Guys and gals theres nothing wrong with this car so you can drive it home or I will help with the shipping any way I can. I know a great husband and wife team that will deliver this to you fast and at a fair price. Checkout my feedback as its around 580 and all positive. You don't get great feedback like that if you lie and cheat people so rest assure your dealing with an honest ebayer, I tell it like it is. Please ask any questions you may have and if you have less than 10 positive feedback you must contact me before bidding or I will cancel your bid. Also I reserve the right to end the auction early should the car sell locally. Thanks for looking and good luck should you decide to bid on this nice, clean 2006 Chrysler Sebring.

Ferrari families have 'agreement' to prevent takeover

Thu, Oct 22 2015

With its initial public offering already a massive success, Ferrari is now officially a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. While anyone can buy those shares, don't expect investors to take control away from some of the top owners of the Prancing Horse anytime soon. To maintain their power, Enzo Ferrari's son, Piero, and Exor chairman John Elkann will sign a deal guaranteeing themselves nearly half of the automaker's voting rights, Bloomberg reports. As part of this arrangement, shareholders that agree to hang onto Ferrari stock for at least three years would receive additional voting rights in the company, and that would give Piero and Elkann a combined 48.7 percent of the automaker by banding together. While not quite complete control, the move should be enough to prevent a takeover of the business. "We have an agreement among the families to protect our interests in Ferrari," Piero said to Bloomberg. This agreement won't really become a concern until next year because only 10 percent of Ferrari will be traded for now. FCA will distribute another 80 percent to its shareholders in early 2016, and Elkann's Exor will be getting the largest portion of the Prancing Horse in the spin-off. Meanwhile, Piero holds the remaining 10 percent but has absolutely no intention to sell his stake in his father's business. The newly public Ferrari will push to grow volume with a goal of moving 9,000 vehicles annually by 2019. To reach that 30-percent boost, expect to see a new model every year, and some of them might use a new, modular platform that's reportedly under development. Related Video:

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles: The next five years

Tue, 06 May 2014

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past 24 hours, you've no doubt read about all of the big future product news coming out of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles today. We had individual brand reports from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Maserati and even Ferrari, but in the interest of simplifying and summarizing, we're going to list out the hard facts once more. Of course, with all of this still off in the future, there's still the possibility that a few changes will be made. But as of what we know right now, here's what's coming, and what's going away.

Chrysler museum to open one last time on June 8

Thu, 18 Apr 2013

Due to a lack of funding, Chrysler closed the doors to its Walter P. Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills, MI back in December, but it sounds like the facility will be open next month for one last hurrah. According to a report in the Detroit Free Press, the Chrysler Museum will be open to the public one last time on June 8 for the annual Chrysler Employee Motorsport Association car show.
While the car show will take place in the museum's parking lot from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM on June 8 with a theme dedicated to muscle cars past and present, all attendees will be able to be among the last people to tour the museum - with free admission. The museum is known for housing some of the more important production and concept cars from Chrysler's history. Check out the car show's flyer for more information.
