2002 Chrysler Sebring Limited convertible. V6 automatic fully loaded with power top, windows, seats, cruise, tilt, six disc cd / cassette am-fm stereo. There is a new convertible top boot that was never used. Tires have great tread and are on factory chrome spoke wheels. This has the Limited package with the leather seats ect. in nice condition. I bought this at an auction not running. The previous owner told me that he stopped for gas and a few miles later it stalled and would not restart. He had it towed home and tried new coil packs and checked the compression and got 160 psi in all cylinders. It supposedly had a new timing chain and water pump and battery about a year before he bought it. He told me it ran and drove great with the transmission shifting smooth. It cranks over but seems to have no spark. I do not know what it needs and have no time to work on it. The body is straight and rust free with minor nicks and scratches. The top and windows work fine and the cd player sounds great. There are no smoke, pet, or mildew smells. The Autocheck is clean and I have a clear N.J. title in my name. Clean car with only 98,550 miles and worth fixing. It is a no reserve auction selling to the highest bidder. Feel free to inspect it in Ringoes N.J. 08551 .

Marchionne to take his sweater and go home after 2018
Wed, 08 Oct 2014The end is in sight for Fiat Chrysler boss Sergio Marchionne, who confirmed in an interview with Bloomberg that once FCA's sweeping five-year plan is completed, he'd be stepping down from his post to "undoubtedly" do something else that didn't involve turning around global corporations. That would mean he should finish up after 2018 if all goes according to plan.
"It's as important to walk away from the table as it is to sit down," Marchionne told Bloomberg.
Marchionne has been at Fiat since June of 2004 and is one of the chief architects behind the Italian company's acquisition of Chrysler. Despite his successes, he does sound quite ready to move beyond the auto industry, rhetorically asking his Bloomberg interviewers if there "are other things I like to do apart from this?"
KBB 2013 Brand Image Awards has some obvious and oddball winners
Sat, 30 Mar 2013The sixth edition of the Kelley Blue Book Brand Image Awards have crowned a wide range of winners - in a couple of cases the recipient of the laurels might say more about KBB users than they do about the actual winner. Compiled from the responses of more than 12,000 shoppers on KBB.com over the past year, there are 13 categories broken into non-luxury, luxury and truck segments "representing the combined wisdom of the American car-buying public."
The award categories have been revamped this year, with some dropping off, some new ones appearing and at least one other given a new term. What isn't surprising is that Honda won Most Trusted Brand for the second year running, Best Value Brand for the third year in a row and took Best Overall Brand, which wasn't on last year's list of awards.
On our own shores, in the non-luxury categories Chrysler got Most Refined Brand and Buick took Best Value Luxury Brand. Neither one of those marques won anything in last year's Brand Image Awards, while Cadillac, which won Best Interior Design Brand and Best Comfort Brand last year - those awards disappeared this year - went home without a single accolade.
Chrysler to accelerate production of 2013 Ram and V6 engines
Fri, 16 Nov 2012Chrysler is adding a third shift at its Warren Truck plant to meet demand for the new 2013 Ram pickup. And with tight supplies of its Pentastar V6, the company is also boosting output at its Mack Engine plant.
The expansions will add 1,250 jobs and are part of a $238 million investment by Chrysler in the Detroit area. Warren's third shift will begin work sometime in the spring, a Chrysler rep told Automotive News. Mack's increased Pentastar production a could include both 3.6 and 3.2-liter engines.
The company says it also plans to invest $40 million in its Trenton Engine plant to allow for production of a 3.2-liter V6 as well as the Tigershark inline-four for the upcoming Jeep Liberty replacement.
