Not your typical Prowler. I am assuming by the fact that you are looking at this that you already know all about the Prowler and how it came about. If not, go to prowleronline. com and you can read all about it. Although not officially given credit, it is generally accepted that Chip Foose was the major inspiration behind the design. This is the only time in modern history that a major US manufacturer attempted to build a production Hot Rod, and they did it VERY WELL. Build from 1997 (less HP and generally less expensive) to 2002 (2001 and 2002 were built under the Chrysler badge instead of the Plymouth badge and generally sell for a little more money), the Prowler is a thing a beauty and modern engineering. Only 1,278 Mulholland Editions were built and they were all "loaded" cars with NO OPTIONS (everything was standard).

Yes, this particular example is in perfect condition, climate controlled garage kept (including car cover) and very tastefully upgraded. No "Lambo doors" or crazy flame jobs here! Just some nice touches of chrome here and there, Tom Mills bumper removal Kit, aftermarket mud flaps, engine trim kit and a beautiful pin-striping job by Howard Zeller of Northern California that perfectly blends with the factory pin striping by Dr. Ru. The Mulholland Editions are getting harder to find with such low miles and are known to be one of the most sought after colors/models of all the options available. And this one is upgraded and as clean as it gets. Assuming you are very familiar with the Prowlers, take some time looking through the photo's. The more you look, the more detail you will see. This car has been "my Baby", but I now really have a Baby on the way, so the Prowler has to go (no, I am not young, just crazy)! Gonna be heart wrenching to let go of such a fine example of the Chrysler Prowler. Although their value is sensitive to the miles you put on them, they are already sought after by collectors and are already going up in value. Keep the miles low, and this car is going to be worth some serious money some day. Or drive the wheels off it and you'll have a hard time wiping that grin off your face!!

I do drive the car about 10-20 miles every other week, so the mileage may change a little if it doesn't sell right away. But it won't change by much. Fiat Chrysler taps Amazon, Shell execs to fill roles

MILAN — Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is tapping executives from Amazon and Shell Oil Company with previous automotive industry experience to fill its ranks. CEO Mike Manley said in a letter to employees Thursday that Mark Stewart would join FCA as chief operating officer of North America from Amazon, "a company known for its culture of innovation, and obsession with delivering incredible value to customers." At Amazon, Stewart led teams focused on advanced robotics, artificial intelligence and automation methods. He previously was COO of ZF TRW automotive components supplier. Niel Golightly was named head of global communications. He was most recently Shell's vice president for external relations in North and South America, with a focus on reputation, brand and stakeholder engagement beyond communication strategies. Ram 1500 mule caught sporting Mega Cab configuration

Our intrepid spy photographers have once again captured an unusual test mule out in the wild. This time we have a Ram 1500 that looks a little lengthy in the middle. We're pretty certain this is a 1500 and not a heavy duty model judging from the grille and hood. That said, FCA clearly went to great lengths to hide the cab. It's still clear that the rear section is longer than your typical quad cab, leading us to believe that the Mega Cab option will return to the 1500 line. Other interesting details are the covered tailgate and the Chrysler steering wheel in the interior. We're not entirely sure why it's covered up, as it doesn't appear to have a different function, but there could be some styling tweaks for a new trim level. The one part we can see is the tailgate handle, which may reveal some updated camera abilities as the normal location shows a differently shaped camera lens. There are also two small spots that could be cameras, but it's tough to say for sure. Will we see 360-degree imaging on the next Ram? The steering wheel is an unusual inclusion as well. Our photographer suggests that it could be necessary for using the latest UConnect infotainment system. Other than the wheel though, the interior looks identical to the current model. This updated cab option also leaves us wondering about the future of the Ram line. We have documentation that shows FCA plans to launch some type of refreshed Ram for the 2018 model year. So it's possible we're looking at an early test mule for that updated model, and the new cab option could be launched at the same time. In many ways, this Ram brings up more questions than answers. Chrysler recalling over 280k minivans because airbags may deploy on wrong side

Chrysler has issued a recall for some 2013 Town & Country, Dodge Grand Caravan and Ram C/V Tradesman vans built between May 10, 2012 and June 7, 2013. These vehicles may have a software error that would cause the wrong side (opposite side) airbags to deploy in a crash. With this defect, a left-side impact would cause the right-side airbag to deploy, etc.
The recall affects 281,500 vehicles in total: 224k in the US, 49,300 in Canada, 2,900 in Mexico and 5,300 in other locations. Chrysler will notify owners of effected vehicles, and reflash the offending occupant restraint control module to resolve the issue.
