2005 Chrysler Pacifica Base Sport Utility 4-door 3.8l No Reserve, Good Condition on 2040-cars
Aberdeen, Maryland, United States
We understand
that buying a vehicle online can sometimes leave you un-easy. We are aware that
there are other dealers online that do not fully describe the vehicles listed.
They might leave important information out, or not have a thorough description
of that item. Our goal is
simple. Word of mouth and return business is something we take very serious! We
achieve this by providing you with all of the information YOU need to make a
comfortable decision, and hopefully proceeding to your investment, a vehicle! We
strive for A+ satisfaction. We do not want to waste anyone’s time, and
definitely don’t want to mislead you. This is why we inform you of EVERYTHING
we know, and provide you with detailed descriptions and conditions of the item
for sale. This 2005 Chrysler Pacifica is now available for NO RESERVE. This vehicle is all around in good condition. This Pacifica is able to get 25 Mpg on the highway and 18 mpg in the city. That is actually pretty good considering the cargo and passenger room available at any time. It’s a lot better than the other huge SUV’s and this one is a lot easier to drive! The
INTERIOR is in good shape, just like the rest of the vehicle. The Pacifica was
just detailed and you can see some spots that were wet at the moment. I didn’t see
any major stains or blemishes. There weren’t any offensive odors and I didn’t see
any indication of smoking. The radio works great and sounds better than
average. The seats work properly along with the dual climate control. The vehicle
is actually really neat, especially with the cargo area options. The
EXTERIOR shows well in the pictures. The body is free of rust and the tires are
in good shape. On the rear passenger side quarter panel I noticed the paint is
not as glossy as the rest of the vehicle. It looks to me like there was some
light paint touch up work. It’s not that noticeable when you’re not right over
top of it. I didn’t see any other defects. I also didn’t see any major damage. The
MOTOR/HANDLING all sounds good. The engine starts right up and idles with no
smoke of hesitation. The acceleration is also responsive without hesitation.
The transmission sounds good and feels smooth. When stopping the brakes sound
fine with no grinding or anything. When taking turns the vehicle handles well
and the powered steering is smooth and quiet. There are no check engine lights
on or any other dash lights. All
in all, vehicle feels safe and solid. This is a great deal to the right person.
Most likely if you are reading this, you are that person! Just enter a bid that
you are comfortable with and you just might own this great vehicle! Feel free
to ask me any questions! Thank you for looking and good luck! -Daryl IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE

Autoblog sell-it-yourself highlight: 2004 Chrysler Crossfire
Wed, Apr 19 2017Chrysler's Crossfire was the most fortuitous product of the Chrysler and Daimler-Benz merger when it launched, but also the most tormented. Clothed in Chrysler sheetmetal, the Crossfire sat atop a Mercedes platform and was propelled by an M-B drivetrain. The upscale vibe was obvious, while its outlier status on a Chrysler showroom dominated by minivans, was preordained. As Autoblog reported in May 2006, "production of the Crossfire [fell] from a peak of 35,700 in 2003 to just 12,500 last year. Introduced in 2003, the Crossfire managed about 28,000 sales in 2004, but less than 10,000 in 2005. Chrysler was so desperate to move Crossfires in late 2005 that it even engaged in a marketing stunt when it attempted to sell units on Overstock.com." Most specialized two-seaters (or 2+2 coupes) invariably run into marketing reality; once the novelty wears off, there is little sustained support for a small, impractical vehicle in modern America. Conversely, if looking for a recreational vehicle with a possible upside as an investment, you'll be hard pressed to find a more accessible example than the Crossfire. Our for-sale example, located in Randleman, NC, looks to be well maintained and has the preferred manual transmission. There are few credible guides for evaluating the price, but the $3,750 ask falls in line with a decent Miata of the same vintage and mileage. A buyer should remember that the Mercedes-sourced drivetrain of this era can be a financial swamp, but with a clean Carfax and pre-purchase inspection, Chrysler's Crossfire can provide real driving enjoyment. Next Jeep Wrangler to get hybrid option?
Wed, Jan 21 2015This may the year a Jeep hybrid is officially announced. Really. The Chrysler division may finally be making plans for its first gas-electric powertrain to help boost the group's fuel economy, says UK's Auto Express, citing Mike Manley, CEO of FCA's Jeep division. The guinea pig of sorts may be the Wrangler, which moved almost a quarter-million units in the US last year. The Wrangler could get a hybrid drivetrain by the 2017 model year, as Jeep executives look to maintain the model's feel and torque while boosting its fuel economy. The Wrangler gets a pretty paltry 18 miles per gallon combined out of its six-cylinder mill, so the bar's set pretty low. Of course, we've heard this talk before. In late 2013, Chrysler Asia-Pacific product planning manager Steve Bartoli told Australia's Drive that a Jeep hybrid was pretty much inevitable, though not much has been mentioned since. FCA could use all the help it can get in the fuel economy department. The group brought up the rear among automakers when it came to fuel efficiency, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said in its EPA Trends report released last October. The FCA models combined for a 21.1 miles per gallon average for the 2014 model year, compared to the 24.2 mpg overall industry average. The group's only electric vehicle in the US is the low-volume Fiat 500e, though the company may start selling a plug-in hybrid version of its Chrysler Town & Country by the end of the year. UAW urging Chrysler to sell shares to investors
Thu, 10 Jan 2013The United Auto Workers union is pushing Chrysler to sell 16.6 percent of its stock to investors in an attempt to establish the value of the shares. The UAW is currently locked in a lawsuit with Chrysler parent company Fiat over how much the Italian automaker should pay to buy shares from the trust fund. Last year, Fiat told the trust it intended to exercise its right to purchase 3.3 percent of the union's shares at issue. But the union contended the 54,154 shares were worth closer to $381 million instead of the $155 million Fiat offered.
Currently, the UAW owns 41.5 percent of Chrysler while Fiat holds 58.5 percent of the company. Currently, it's unclear whether the UAW could force Chrysler to put the shares on the open market. Doing so would be the first step toward a much-anticipated initial public offering. Chrysler has said it will comply with its shareholders agreement, and Fiat has echoed that tune. According to The Detroit Free Press, the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust has declined to comment on the situation.
