The heat works great as well as the defogger. - It also has a small hi torque starter - It does leak a small amount of oil after the car has been ran for a while, maybe a few drips, oil level has not gone done and pressure is always around 60 - It does not have a full exhaust. I have some flex pipe running off of the headers into glasspacks with turn downs. -Manual Choke cable for carburetor - The transmission needs a bigger stall convertor to really feel the power after the engine modifications. - Also the rearend has the original highway gears 2.76 I believe, will most likely benefit from installing higher gears(3.55 etc...) - The speedometer is off but I have a new speedometer cable. -The front hood will need to be re aligned as I believe it was hit in the front but no other visible damage to grill or bumper -There was also old bondo on the driver's side door when we sanded down some of the paint. -The original paint was scuffed and primed over, it was not brought down to bare metal except for the lower quarters and front fenders to repair rust from trim. - All the lights work, blinkers, brake lights, reverse lights(Reverse lights are hooked up to a switch, but I still have the steering column piece) - Also I have a set of fuses and extra bulbs. -I am also including a New set of Hedman 78030 Long Headers. Shorties are on there now. -Has original bumper jack and has a spare but the spare needs a new tire but the tires on the car are brand new cooper cobra 225 70 14. -I am including all of the chrome which is not on the car, the head liner metal rods and any other parts I can find that I have that were not used. -Here is a video of the car running, I put the microphone too close when so the sound gets distorted when I press the throttle.
- The car starts up and drives with no problems, the car will need a lot more body work and the rear glass will most likely have to be removed to fix the driverside upper corner better, some electrical for the gauge cluster and radio. -The car is not perfect but it runs great and the motor is all re done just has a small oil leak as stated above, but I am not sure if it is the pan gasket or rear main seal. -This is more of a ratrod type car. -The car is being sold AS-IS -Buyer is 100% responsible for picking up or shipping |

Ferrari IPO could come any day now
Sun, Jul 12 2015According to Bloomberg, Fiat Chrysler Automotive Sergio Marchionne told reporters at the Toronto Global Forum that the Ferrari IPO could come any day now. "We are days away from filing the prospectus," said Marchionne, who declined to confirm whether rumors of involvement from UBS Group AG, JPMorgan Chase & Co and Goldman Sachs Group were accurate. In addition to an expected filing in New York, Marchionne hinted that a secondary filing could take place in Milan, Italy. Although the FCA Chief Executive didn't offer any expected sum for Ferrari, he had previously suggested that an IPO for the iconic Italian brand could be worth $1 billion, ringing the registers to the tune of 10 percent of the company's $11 billion valuation. According to Bloomberg, that potential sum is significantly higher than its own internal figures indicate after taking a poll of analysts who we assume must know a heck of a lot more about such things than we do. Considering how close we apparently are to the actual filing, though, we probably won't have to wait long to find out. Another hot topic any time Sergio is the subject of reporter questioning is a potential merger with General Motors or another large, full-line automaker. It seems there aren't any new revelations to reveal on the consolidation front, though Marchionne told reporters there were no plans to mount a hostile takeover of GM or any "other, less optimal" partners. 2014 Chrysler 300S gets all black and blue
Fri, 15 Nov 2013Outside of the SRT variant, if you want the sharpest-looking Chrysler 300, you'll probably want the 300S trim. This showy variant has traditionally sported larger wheels and some subtle body changes to set it apart from the herd, along with its own unique take on the big sedan's interior.
For 2014, the S will be set apart even further. A number of exterior items will be blacked-out, including black chrome around the grille and Chrysler badges finished in a liquid-chrome finish with a black center. Black moldings are standard, while owners can get an extra dose of style by opting to have the roof painted Gloss Black. Hyper Black 20-inch wheels are standard on the rear-drive model, while 19s are fitted to the all-wheel-drive variant. Smoked tail and headlights round out the package.
The cabin, meanwhile, gets a new trim option - Ambassador Blue. The pale, blue Nappa leather features contrasting, silver French stitching found on the seats and the door armrests.
FCA is setting a five-year strategy: Here's how the last one played out
Thu, May 31 2018We're slightly more than four years removed from Sergio Marchionne last five-year plan for FCA, a tell-all where the Italian-American automaker divulged its plans for the 2014 through 2018 model years. It was a grand affair, where Sergio told FCA investors that all was right in Auburn Hills, Alfa Romeo and Maserati were making comebacks, and the fifth-gen Dodge Viper received a mid-cycle refresh. You can read every last one of those past predictions right here. We're on our way to Europe to see Sergio's sequel, coming out Friday straight from FCA's Italian headquarters. (Bloomberg reports a plan to expand Jeep and Ram globally, combine Alfa Romeo and Maserati into a single division for an eventual spinoff, and downsizing Fiat and Chrysler. Also, EVs.) But before we arrive in Italy and find out exactly what Marchionne has planned for 2019 through 2023 as his last act as CEO, let's take a minute to tally up the results of his last term based on the same scoresheet we used in 2014. Now, we're only five months into 2018, so much of this — including vehicles like the Ram HD and Jeep Grand Wagoneer — could still debut this year. For those, we'll mark things TBD. We're not going to draw any conclusions or make any objectionable remarks. We're simply going to let the stats speak for themselves.
