Fast and gas sipping 4.0 V6 engine. Clean, high demand 2008 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Edition with 132,000 miles. Silver exterior. Cloth slate grey interior. Non-smoking. Great family car that seats six comfortably:four bucket seats and third row bench seating! We need to make room for a vehicle with more towing capacity, but are happy to find another family to enjoy this speedy family car.
It runs great and is dependable. The radiator was just replaced and the AC was just recharged. Since purchasing it two years ago, we have also replaced the front brake pads and all four rotors, tie-rod ends, O2 sensors, and installed a new battery. The vehicle has been well taken care of and proactively serviced. Currently, the vehicle needs a throttle body replaced to deal with a mass air flow sensor malfunction causing the vehicle to send catalytic converter efficiency codes. Nothing serious, but we just bought the part from the dealer ($247) and that goes with the vehicle when it is sold. |

The stalwart duo of Chrysler minivans will be reduced by half in the vehicle's next generation, with the Dodge Grand Caravan likely going away in favor of a new people-mover-type vehicle. And while the reworked Chrysler Town & Country shouldn't radically shake up the usual minivan formula, a new report from Automotive News suggests that some new technologies and thoughtful updates are in the cards for our Canadian-built van.
Maserati's new North American CEO is Chrysler's dealer guru
Wed, 13 Nov 2013There's been a bit of a shakeup among the executive ranks at Chrysler and Maserati, as the Italian sports car manufacturer has appointed Peter Grady as its new North American CEO. Grady, who we imagine is about to get a very nice upgrade to his company car, will retain his role as vice president of dealer network development for Chrysler and Chrysler Capital, and is replacing Bob Graczyk at Maserati.
"It is with pleasure and anticipation that I welcome Peter to Maserati. He brings to our company nearly 30 years of leadership and experience. His background and industry expertise will be a great basis for the continued expansion of Maserati in North America," said Maserati CEO Harald Wester in a statement.
Also joining the team at Maserati is Saad Chehab, who previously worked for the Chrysler and Lancia brands and will be the new head of marketing for the Italian brand. He'll be replaced by Al Gardner, the former boss of Chrysler's southeast business center, as the head of Chrysler brand, according to Automotive News.
Merged Fiat-Chrysler HQ will be in London
Fri, 09 May 2014You won't be seeing Sergio Marchionne in his famous sweaters running day-to-day operations of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from Michigan. Although, he won't be doing it from Italy, either. The FCA CEO recently announced that the company's corporate headquarters would be located in London.
"Headquarters will be in London. It's clear that group executive functions, the board, my office, some of my functions, need to operate out of London, but that doesn't mean that I'm giving up my operational responsibilities of the US," said Marchionne to Automotive News at a press conference.
When the creation of FCA was announced, the company said its tax domicile would be in the United Kingdom. But it gave no specific location at that time. The business is still keeping most of the details under wraps.
