One just sold very similar on ebay for $14k! Item #:221240542813

Blue Book value for a Pacifica in EXCELLENT condition is $8300... this one had had kids in both families that have owned it, so it is in good shape, but not excellent.

This car is LOADED with every option available on the Pacifica.... except Navigation. DVD player, bluetooth, home link, power everything, heated front and rear captain seats! NICE! I love the reverse sensors, and the 6 disc CD changer, and 3rd row seating.

It has a couple things that keep it from being in excellent condition. The rear A/C fan clinks, and sometimes goes off, the drains need cleaned(interior floor gets damp after a good rain, and the light comes on telling us about the exhaust not getting hot enough? in a VW it was a bad Co2 sensor... but I don't know about Mopar stuff.

It has 128k miles so it isn't perfect, but we have taken care of it. We have had it serviced at the dealer, and replaced a thing or two, like the ABS sensors and TPMS sensors, and catalytic converter(which was probably not needed since the light still comes on from time to time). We have kept all maintenance records, and the ones that were passed along to us from the previous owner.

Our family has loved this car, particularly the kids. We are to the point where we need two vehicles, and must sell to be able to afford to put gas in two cars. That really is the only complaint I have about this car is the MPG, it gets about 16 in the city, 23-25 Hwy. I am used to a 30mpg VW, but we couldn't fit the whole family in the VW. The wheels being 19in can make the tires pricey so, we haven't gotten any yet, we plan on it soon, if we don't sell it first.

Please ask any questions you may have, my number is 573-seven one eight- 22 twenty 2.

2014 Chrysler 300S gets all black and blue

Fri, 15 Nov 2013

Outside of the SRT variant, if you want the sharpest-looking Chrysler 300, you'll probably want the 300S trim. This showy variant has traditionally sported larger wheels and some subtle body changes to set it apart from the herd, along with its own unique take on the big sedan's interior.
For 2014, the S will be set apart even further. A number of exterior items will be blacked-out, including black chrome around the grille and Chrysler badges finished in a liquid-chrome finish with a black center. Black moldings are standard, while owners can get an extra dose of style by opting to have the roof painted Gloss Black. Hyper Black 20-inch wheels are standard on the rear-drive model, while 19s are fitted to the all-wheel-drive variant. Smoked tail and headlights round out the package.
The cabin, meanwhile, gets a new trim option - Ambassador Blue. The pale, blue Nappa leather features contrasting, silver French stitching found on the seats and the door armrests.

FCA workers get raises, health care co-op in new UAW deal

Mon, Sep 21 2015

The pending labor agreement between FCA US and the United Auto Workers is now in the hands of union members to confirm. It's expected to be accepted, but a final decision could take weeks, The Detroit News reports. Employees didn't get everything they were hoping for, and contrary to earlier reports, the two-tier wage system remains in place. However, there are attempts to lessen the difference between the levels in this four-year deal. Assuming FCA US workers agree to this offer, the starting pay for tier-two workers would go up around a dollar to $17 an hour. The other level would now begin at $25.35, about a $6 increase, and they would receive 3 percent raises in the first and third year of the deal. Both groups also get $800 in profit sharing for each percent the automaker's profit margin rises above two percent. Extra money kicks in for the second tier above eight percent. Union members get a $3,000 bonus for accepting this contract, as well. The other major change under the pending agreement is the previously rumored switch to a healthcare co-op. The goal is to collect members from the Big Three together to create a huge member base for leverage to negotiate better rates with insurance companies. The UAW is promising no increase in cost to workers, according to The Detroit News. The idea was inspired by the similar structure for the Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association for union retirees. UAW boss Dennis Williams expects the agreement to be approved. "Once the membership looks at it, hears the explanation for it, I think they'll ratify it," he said, according to The Detroit News. The next step is to craft similar deals with General Motors and Ford. Related Video:

Fiat Chrysler Australia executive in trouble over misuse of company funds

Tue, Jun 9 2015

While the merger to create FCA was coming together, its managing director for Australia, Clyde Campbell, was allegedly racking up 30 million Australian dollars ($23.1 million) in spending for himself, family, and friends. Now, the former boss is facing a court case from the automaker's legal team for the purported misappropriation. Among the more opulent expenses that Campbell allegedly put on Chrysler's tab included a 40-foot yacht worth the equivalent of $308,000 and lavish Christmas parties for workers, according to The Age. Despite being required to only travel in economy class and get permission for international travel, he also reportedly racked up the equivalent of over $413,000 travel expenses. "The more we dug, the more we found," said an unnamed source to The Age. Campbell came to power in Australia as a general manager for DaimlerChrysler, and became managing director in October 2010. He was reportedly a close friend with former Mercedes-Benz USA CEO Ernst Lieb. After Lieb lost his wrongful dismissal lawsuit, Campbell allegedly helped his friend's partnership in an Aussie auto dealer by using FCA funds for financial support totaling the equivalent of about $3 million. All of this came to light when Pat Dougherty came over from the US to be president and CEO of FCA Australia in December 2014. The staff spilled the full story on Dougherty's first day. "I walked into his office and let it all out. I don't think he knew what hit him," another source said to The Age. A team of forensic accountants was brought in to investigate. The reason that this took so long to discover was that no one was paying attention. First, sales in Australia were growing under Campbell. Also, "in my opinion, back in Michigan, head office didn't have its eyes on the road. They only had eyes on the Fiat deal," an insider said to The Age. That confluence essentially provided the perfect storm for this huge spending. News Source: The AgeImage Credit: Giuseppe Cacace / AFP / Getty Images Government/Legal Chrysler Fiat lawsuit FCA
