Hello folks, Here is a very nice clean dependable low mile pt cruiser that me and my wife has decided to sell for one reason and one reason only and that is we need 4 seat belts besides the driver and passenger. When we bought this car only 2 months ago we thought it did. We absolutely love the car and how it runs drives and handles. We have driven this car and put over 1500 miles and it has not used one drop of oil and not given us one problem either. We would highly recommend this car for long road trips or even just driving around town. Anyway you go you are going to get close to 40 mpg!!!!  This car has power windows, locks, keyless entry with panic button, cd player with ipod or MVP ready with an awesome sounding stereo system. The car also has 2 brand new tires and the other 2 are almost new. This ride needs nothing. I would get in it right now and drive it to California with out hesitation!

Here is a quick description summed up in

THE GOOD

This car has only 98k miles. Well the good is that this car 100% road ready with one of the bets ratings reliability on the highway. Also gets great fuel millage at almost 40 mpg !!. This ride needs nothing. We have already put c;close to 1,500 miles on this car, since we have owned it and not had to do one little thing to it. It is easy to drive and easy and cheap to maintain. If your looking for something to just drive and not have to worry about breaking down or being stranded, this is your car. Call LEE 606309-8921

THE BAD

The bad that this car does have a couple dents on the front fender and driver side door that are very small, " pics available in listing " also has a scratch and could be touched up very easy.

THE UGLY

The ugly is the people we got it off of tried to drive it thru a flooded road way and it got stranded and had to be towed. They turned it into there insurance and the title was branded from that point. The water never reached the console so there was no damage to any of the electronics or any controls. Everything works fine.

Take your time and look at all the pics, i can also email you more if needed. Also feel free to come test drive and have checked out all you want.
We can deliver if needed.
We give $ 6,900 around tax time for this car so we think it should bring around 75% of that back.
We will trade on about anything or take a good cash offer.
 Thanks for looking.

Marchionne says no offers are on the table for Fiat Chrysler

Sun, Sep 3 2017

MONZA, Italy (Reuters) - Fiat Chrysler (FCA) has not received any offer for the company nor is the world's seventh-largest carmaker working on any "big deal", Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne said on Saturday. Speaking on the sidelines of the Italian Formula One Grand Prix, Marchionne said the focus remained on executing the company's business plan to 2018. Asked whether FCA had been approached by someone or whether there was an offer on the table, he simply said: "No." The company's share price jumped to record highs last month after reports of interest for the group or some of its brands from China. China's Great Wall Motor Co Ltd openly said it was interested in FCA, but had not held talks or signed a deal with executives at the Italian-American automaker. The stock move was also helped by expectations that the company might separate from some of its units. Marchionne reiterated on Saturday that FCA was working on a plan to "purify" its portfolio and that units, such as the components businesses, would be separated from the group. He hopes to complete that process by the end of 2018. "There are activities within the group that do not belong to a car manufacturer, for example the components businesses. The group needs to be cleared of those things," he told journalists. Asked whether an announcement could come this year, Marchionne said it was up to the board to decide and that it would next meet at the end of September. He said the time was not right for a spin-off of luxury brand Maserati and premium Alfa Romeo and the two brands needed to become self-sustainable entities first and "have the muscle to stand on their feet, make sufficient cash". "The way we see it now, it's almost impossible, if not impossible, to see a spin-off of Alfa Romeo/Maserati, these are two entities that are immature and in a development phase," he said. "It's the wrong moment, we are not in a condition to do it." He said the concept of separating the two brands from FCA's mass market business made sense and did not rule out this happening in future, but not under his tenure, which lasts until April 2019. "If there is an opportunity in future, it would certainly happen after I'm gone. It won't happen while Marchionne is around," he said.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Quick Spin | Dad tested, kid approved

Fri, Jul 28 2017

The Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid is a compelling minivan, which feels less weird to say the more we say it (and the more we drive it). Adding a plug-in powertrain to an already solid family hauler makes it more interesting, and leaves the world just a little less greenhouse-gassy for those children you'll be carrying around in it. So, when we had the chance to actually take one home with us, we strapped in the car seat and put it through some real-world usage. For reference, the non-hybrid Pacifica comes with the standard Pentastar 3.6-liter V6, connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission. It provides 287 horsepower and offers 19 miles per gallon city, 28 highway, and 22 combined. The Pacifica Hybrid adds two electric motors and a variable transmission to its more efficient, less powerful Atkinson cycle V6, providing a total of 260 horsepower. The Hybrid also has a 16-kWh battery pack to power its electric driving. It's rated at a combined 84 miles-per-gallon equivalent. Our test kid, Wolfgang, loved the Pacifica Hybrid. He repeatedly asked for rides, which is not unusual, but seemed to prefer the Chrysler to his other options. He even got upset the one time we put him in Mama's Mercedes GLK while the Pacifica was in the driveway. Wolfgang especially loved the buttons to open and close the automatic doors. After heading indoors, he'd occasionally point out the window toward the minivan saying, "Button." He also thought the horn was hilarious. He's heard his fair share of car horns so far in his young life, but none have ever gotten the same belly laughs that the horn in the Pacifica evoked. We have no idea why. It sounds like a normal car horn to us. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Getting the car seat in and out of the Pacifica Hybrid was super easy. The captain's chairs make it even easier. The LATCH anchors were prominent, and easy to find by feel when reaching over the seat. It also helps that you can access the inside anchor by hopping to the other side of the vehicle, and the openness of the second row provides more room to work with. Once in the car, the huge door openings made it easy to get the little guy in and out of the rear-facing seat. While driving, the quietness of the cabin helps facilitate the sort of rudimentary conversation a toddler can hold.

UAW urging Chrysler to sell shares to investors

Thu, 10 Jan 2013

The United Auto Workers union is pushing Chrysler to sell 16.6 percent of its stock to investors in an attempt to establish the value of the shares. The UAW is currently locked in a lawsuit with Chrysler parent company Fiat over how much the Italian automaker should pay to buy shares from the trust fund. Last year, Fiat told the trust it intended to exercise its right to purchase 3.3 percent of the union's shares at issue. But the union contended the 54,154 shares were worth closer to $381 million instead of the $155 million Fiat offered.
Currently, the UAW owns 41.5 percent of Chrysler while Fiat holds 58.5 percent of the company. Currently, it's unclear whether the UAW could force Chrysler to put the shares on the open market. Doing so would be the first step toward a much-anticipated initial public offering. Chrysler has said it will comply with its shareholders agreement, and Fiat has echoed that tune. According to The Detroit Free Press, the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust has declined to comment on the situation.
