For sale is a 2010 Chrysler 300 RWD automatic Trans. Grey cloth interior, Black metalic paint. this car is super clean inside and out. Very Adult owned , well maintained.
this car does have a bank lein on it, but there is a local branch to go to so this can be cleared up at the time of purchase. we have owned this car for roughly 2 years, maybe a lil longer? my Mother in - law drove this car. she was 86. she has passed in june and I have a car note. the car still has the handicap plate to verify my story. the car has been a very good car for us, no issues sense we have owned it. I have used only synthetic motor oil sense we have owned the car. there are no oil leaks of anykind that i am aware of! the motor runs smooth and quite, no rattles or knocks, no smoke works as it should. the transmission shifts as it should no issues there either. the car rides smooth and cruises nicely. cozy ride. if i could affourd to keep the car i would. a very true statement!  we never smoked in the car when we owned it, not sure before us? I dont smoke, my mother in-law does not smoke, and thus my wife who does lost out, no smoking in the car just the way it is. the car has no dents check out the pic's the car is straight and clean inside and out. a great deal for somebody.
I do have the cool chrome bentley grill for the car also. brand new in the box. I never did put it on, tis not a real easy job to swap out the grill. But it does go with the car at it's time of sale.
this car is being sold as is. I paid for an exstended warranty, i just dont know if it tranfers over or not ? we bought this car from a local Chrysler Deal and paid extra for it, ya never know when your buying a used car seems when the warranty runs out like 20 miles after is when everything goes bad? lol but we are good No known issues.
feel free to ask any questions and i will do my best to answer them as quickly as possible.
Thanks

I do reserve the right to end this aution early due to having this privately listed on other sites as well as here.

Thanks you and happy bidding

Marchionne on Alfa's US return, Dodge Dart's powertrain weakness and minivan plans

Fri, 18 Jan 2013

As a reporter covering an auto show, the one opportunity you never want to miss is going to the Sergio Marchionne press briefing.
"This undertaking to bring Alfa back is a one-shot deal... We are not going to do this twice."
There just aren't that many real characters left in the auto industry. Marchionne, who sits atop both Chrysler and Fiat, is not only one of the smartest execs in the business, but also the most frank. Herein, a sample of the quotable always-sweatered executive:

China-FCA merger could be a win-win for everyone but politicians

Tue, Aug 15 2017

NEW YORK — Fiat Chrysler boss Sergio Marchionne has said the car industry needs to come together, cut costs and stop incinerating capital. So far, his words have mostly fallen on deaf ears among competitors in Europe and North America. But it appears Marchionne has finally found a receptive audience — in China. FCA shares soared Monday after trade publication Automotive News reported the $18 billion Italian-American conglomerate controlled by the Agnelli family rebuffed a takeover from an unidentified carmaker from the Chinese mainland. As ugly as the politics of such a combination may appear at first blush, a transaction could stack up industrially, and perhaps even financially. A Sino-U.S.-European merger would create the first truly global auto group. That could push consolidation to the next level elsewhere. Moreover, China is the world's top market for the SUVs that Jeep effectively invented, so it might benefit FCA financially. A combo would certainly help upgrade the domestic manufacturer; Chinese carmakers have gotten better at making cars, but struggle to build global brands, and they need to develop export markets. Though frivolous overseas shopping excursions by Chinese enterprises are being reined in by Beijing, acquisitions that support the modernization and transformation of strategic industries still receive support, and the government considers the automotive industry to be strategic. A purchase of FCA by Guangzhou Automobile, Great Wall or Dongfeng Motors would probably get the same stamp of approval ChemChina was given for its $43 billion takeover of Syngenta. What's standing in the way? Apart from price (Automotive News said FCA's board deemed the offer insufficient) there's the not-insignificant matter of politics. Even as FCA shares soared, President Donald Trump interrupted his vacation to instruct the U.S. Trade Representative to look into whether to investigate China's trade policies on intellectual property. Seeing storied Detroit brands like Jeep, Chrysler, Ram and Dodge handed off to a Chinese company would provoke howls among Trump's economic-nationalist supporters. It might not play well in Italy, either, to see Alfa Romeo and Maserati answering to Wuhan instead of Turin — though Automotive News said they might be spun off separately. Yet, as Morgan Stanley observes, "cars don't ship across oceans easily," and political considerations increasingly demand local manufacture of valuable products.

Ford F-150 bumps Camry from top of Cars.com American Made Index

Tue, 25 Jun 2013

With July 4th just around the corner, what better time could there be for Cars.com to announce that the Ford F-150 is the Most American car of 2013? This may be especially true since it was the Toyota Camry, a car produced by a company based in Japan, that had held the top spot from 2009 to 2012.
Cars.com compiles its Most American list by considering the amount of parts each vehicle uses that come from America, where it's final assembly takes place and how many units per year are sold. "While the assembly point and domestic parts content of the F-150 didn't change from 2012-2013, vehicle sales are responsible for bumping the F-150 to the top spot," according to Patrick Olsen, Editor-in-Chief of Cars.com.
As far as automakers go (as opposed to individual models), Toyota retains the top spot it held in 2012, with General Motors, Chrysler, Ford and Honda (in that order) rounding out the list. The motivation behind this list each year, according to Olsen, is "to help car shoppers understand that 'American-Made' extends beyond just the Detroit three" and because "a study we conducted in 2012 indicated that 25 percent of shoppers surveyed preferred to buy American."
