Queens Village, New York, United States
Well its been a great ride and she has served us well. we bought this car 10 Years ago while we were expecting our first child and it has given us 10 years of trust and reliability but we have a new lease now and its time to sell our trailblazer. she is fully loaded with power everything, two tone leather seats, separate audio for the front and back, as well as separate climate control for the driver passenger and rear seats, Remote Start. like i said fully loaded.
This was my wife's car who was a true soccer mom. The car was used to take the kids too and from school, after school activities, and shopping hence the low mileage A very nice 2004 Trailblazer rare LT North Face Edition. This trailblazer is in excellent condition and runs superb. The Trailblazer is is loaded with just about every option available. It has more options than I can think of. It has all the standard options: ABS, dual airbags, power windows, locks, mirrors and seats, gorgeous two tone leather interior, power sunroof, cruise control, CD player, steering wheel controls, dual climate control, fog lights, memory seat, OnStar, keyless entry, remote Start, roof rack, towing package, homelink, overhead console, 17-inch wheels, heavy-duty floor/cargo mats, rear audio controls
The Trailblazer has 83,579K
miles and is in excellent mechanical condition. It has no warning lights. The
4.2 six cylinder engine runs strong and is one of the trailblazer's best
features. The engine runs smooth and gets good fuel mileage compared to similar
Suv's. The transmission shifts good and the 4WD works great in AWD and 4WD
modes. The trailblazer rides very smooth and firm The brakes are excellent
front and rear, 80-90%. The tires are in great condition and have plenty of
thread.
The Bad. After 10 Years the sound system no longer plays in stereo but its an easy fix. |

Next Chevy Silverado could get this built-in tailgate step
Thu, Feb 2 2017General Motors just received patent approval for a tailgate step in a pickup bed. And given the timing, don't be surprised if you see this on the upcoming 2019 Silverado pickup (not the mention its GMC Sierra twin), expected to arrive in late 2018. According to the patent, granted in December of last year, the whole mechanism is housed in the tailgate assemble. The magic happens when a portion of the top half of the tailgate swings down and a step folds out. There's also a handle that locks into position to help climb up into the bed. As trucks get bigger and taller over the years, it gets harder and harder to access the cargo bed. Ford's solution with the 2009 F-150 was a step that slides out from the end of the tailgate. Back then, Chevy made an ill-advised ad highlighting the feature for Ford. And while Howie Long mocked the F-150's "man step" Ford saw almost a third of its trucks with the option in the first year. The GM design seems to improve on Ford's idea as it appears to be wider and has a back to the lower step. That is, you don't have to worry about stepping through the ladder-rung design as on the F-150. Ford's tailgate step later spread to the F Super Duty, and other cargo access assists have proliferated through the truck world. On the most recent redesign, the Chevrolet Silverado took a trick from the Avalanche and added cutouts to the corners of the rear bumper that act as a foothold. Ford also offers a deployable side step, Chevrolet has running boards that scoot rearward with a kick of the boot, and Ram offers fixed wheel-to-wheel side rails. Nissan is in on the game too, with an optional folding step that tucks under the rear bumper. We don't expect Chevrolet to comment on when or if we'll see this feature in the showrooms. But given that engineers are already hard at work on the next Silverado and the timing of this patent lines right up with the new truck's development cycle, we'll be disappointed if this patent stays in the file cabinet. Peter Max staring down $1M lawsuit over Corvette collection sale
Wed, Dec 17 2014Pop artist Peter Max recently sold off his collection of 36 vintage Chevrolet Corvettes – one each from 1953 to 1989 – for an undisclosed amount. The new owners have already announced plans to restore some of them and auction the models off sometime soon. Up until then, the sports cars had been languishing in various garages around New York City for decades and were caked in dust and grime. However, Max's end of the transaction has just become more complicated, because two men are suing the artist claiming he employed them to complete the deal first. The men allege that Max hired them to broker the sale of the 36 Corvettes in exchange for a 10-percent commission, according to the New York Post. They claim to have emails and text messages proving the existence of the deal, and are taking Max to court for $1 million over the squabble. The collection of Corvettes was amassed in 1989 as part of a prize package from the television network VH1, and Max bought the cars from the winner intending on using them for an art project. He never got around to it, though, and parked the sports cars around New York, until he finally sold them over the summer.
