See the seller's listing for full details and description of any imperfections.Seller Notes:"This Tahoe does shows wear and tear as it is an old vehicle. There is some rust on vehicle as well as scratches and chips in paint. Some of the top coat has peeled on roof."

This Tahoe has been a very reliable truck. It has had regular routine maintenance. Oil change every 3000 miles. Has many new parts within the last three years. Tune up in 2011. New brakes, rotors, calipers, master cylinder and brake lines in April 2013. New fuel pump, fuel filter and gas lines in April 2013. New tires in 2012 with more or less than 60% tread. All repairs were and are preformed by Tires Plus. The Starter and Alternator was replaced in 2011. The driver and passenger seats does have rips and tears, but the rear seat is in fair condition. The carpets have recently been cleaned and still have original GM protective carpet on top. The previous owner was a smoker so there are cigarette burn marks on door panels, but there is no smell. The windshield has crack running down the center and along the bottom(no leaks), truck was purchased with crack present in 2010. Both front and back bumper have no rust, is straight, but front has small dent. New headlights and tail lights, seat and steering wheel covers with the Chevy emblem. This old Tahoe runs and drives great, the engine runs quite. I've put a lot of money into getting this truck to the point where I've gotten it and have falling in love with The Chevy Tahoe. This is my first vehicle and hate to sell it. I'm selling because the rear differential needs to be replaced. After much searching for a reasonably priced rear axle I found that I can not afford to have truck repaired. Beside that, this Tahoe is a great reliable truck worth buying. I still drive this truck, so miles will be higher than posted. Truck is sold as is with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for pickup, delivery and all fees or monies associated with purchase. Title in hand. For sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction early. No Reserve!!!!!

Ram 1500 bests new F-150 in MT pickup shootout

Tue, Nov 25 2014

Ford's 2015 Ford F-150 is a technological tour-de-force, what with its aluminum-intensive construction and its powerful and efficient new 2.7-liter EcoBoost engine option. But now that it's hit the market, it's time to get down to brass tacks and find out how just the latest F-150 actually stands up to its rivals in the hyper-competitive fullsize segment. Motor Trend is among the first to round up the Ford (in Lariat 2.7-liter 4X4 guise here) and put it up against the Ram 1500 Outdoorsman EcoDiesel 4x4 and 5.3-liter-equipped Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 to find out how Dearborn's new-think truck measures up. The test put the trio through over 1,000 miles of tough driving in California and Arizona in a variety of conditions from just cruising around unladen to hauling a trailer. MT found all three trucks to be competent, but the most praise got heaped on the Ram and the Ford, with the Chevrolet falling a step behind its competitors in many tests. Among the Ford's most-liked features was its 2.7-liter, twin-turbo V6 that helped make the F-150 easily the quickest of the group, with some editors saying the engine felt about the same whether driving around with cargo in the bed or not. There was some minor turbo lag during acceleration while trailering, but that issue affected the Ram, too. The Ram's powertrain was lauded, as well. The EcoDiesel was torquey around town, and the 1500's combination of an eight-speed automatic and air suspension was judged to be the best of the lot. It was the most difficult to get into the bed, though. The Ram also won the fuel economy award by netting 20-miles-per-gallon city and 28-mpg highway in the test to beat its Environmental Protection Agency ratings of 19/27. The Ford's EcoBoost managed 17/22, one mpg off each from the EPA numbers, and using a lot of throttle really depleted its efficiency. As MT notes, however, it would take time for the diesel's mileage savings to pay off at the pump for these two trucks. In the end, the Ram just barely eked out the win, with the title partially earned because of "the Ford's unknown maintenance and aluminum repair costs," according to MT. Chevrolet considering midsize crossover to slot between Traverse and Equinox

Mon, Jan 9 2017

Crossovers are the new hotness, and automakers are looking to cash in by offering a size and shape for every customer. With Chevrolet's debut of the new 2018 Traverse in Detroit, which grew ever so slightly compared to the first-generation model, there is now a midsize-crossover-sized hole between the three-row Traverse and the compact Equinox. When asked about that obvious space, a Chevrolet spokesperson told us the company is looking into the possibility of expanding its crossover lineup. It should be a relatively simple thing to do, since all it would take is reskinning and rechristening the GMC Acadia with a bow tie, and we all know how much GM loves platform sharing. Although they're now different sizes, the new Acadia and Traverse still use the same platform; the Acadia is now on a short-wheelbase version of the C1XX while the Traverse uses long-wheelbase C1XX parts. A short-wheelbase Chevy built on the C1XX likely would be differentiated visually from both the Acadia and the larger Traverse. It may seem like flooding the lineup with more and more models would cannibalize sales of existing ones, but Chevrolet said it would rather have customers stay within the brand rather than going to another automaker. There have been whispers that some form of the Blazer name (possibly TrailBlazer) may make a return on a midsizer, but if it does don't expect an old-school body-on-frame SUV like the old one. In the end, if Chevy builds it, customers will come. Related Video:

Here are the best-selling cars and trucks from January 2015

Fri, Feb 6 2015

Every month, Autoblog slogs through all the sales figures reported by automakers that do business in the United States, and, after a little bit of sorting, we put it into an easy-to-read chart in an attempt to make it as easy as possible to follow the ins and outs of sales and shipments. But that only covers the brands themselves, not the individual models they sell. And we think you'd all be interested in knowing which vehicles beat their rivals in sales from month to month, so we've put together this handy gallery to keep you in the know. While the leader of the pack may not come as much of a surprise, the order that the top ten finishes in changes frequently – due to automaker deals, the price of gas, etc. – and we've included some statistics to help you see how their current performance stacks up to month's past.
