1995 Tahoe in above average condition. Priced below Kelly Blue Book/offers considered. Kelly Blue Book says this truck is worth more than $3,000.

Automatic, 4WD, PS, PB, PW, Air, power driver's seat, tilt, tinted glass. Very good tires on alloy wheels, running boards, roof rack, towing package. The auction includes a fitted cargo liner. 16K miles on rebuilt transmission. Have all receipts from new. I am the second owner. A good, solid Tahoe with a lot of miles left in it.

The truck is in good condition, but to be fair I should tell you the air conditioning does not cool. It did when I used it regularly, but I bought a car for work in late 2007 and only put 12,000 miles on the Tahoe in the last six years. It probably just needs a freon charge, but I haven't done it. Also, the power window switches do not work correctly. The switches in each door operate the windows properly, but the driver's control does not work right on the other three windows. The truck does have 194K miles so it is not perfect. It has normal seat wear, a repair on the dash and the cupholder is broken. There is a little rust starting, but no holes. Other than that, it needs nothing. It has been well maintained and needed repairs were made when needed.

Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs

The majority of consumers are more or less priced out of the market.
Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.
