 You will not be charged tax on any motor vehicle .You are responsable to pay those in your home state when you title the vehicle if applicable.You will not be charged sales tax on any other item if you are out of state and send payment directly to us from out of state and have the item shipped to you by us or common carrier.If you arrange your own shipping bill of laiding will need to be provided  .You cannot pick your item up yourself without paying VA 5 % sales tax unless exempt. If you are a VA resident you will be subject to 5% VA sales tax on equipment or any other items other than motor vehicles  unless you are tax exempt for resell or farm use .If you are exempt proper forms will be needed .A $49 document fee will apply to all sales to help cover our dmv and office fees .We feel that is a very fair fee and is only a fraction of our actual cost we encounter. Thank you
