A very nice full size SUV with 3 rows and a large amount of space for all passengers and also cargo. This Suburban drives great and shifts smooth! It has new Michelin tires on the front. New shocks and new wheel bearing assembly on the front were installed for inspection this year. These are great SUV's and she has plenty more life in her. It also has some great amenities like heated seats, built in garage door opener, Power driver and passenger seat, front and rear climate with over head air vents, Sunroof, Huge center console and plenty of cup holders for the whole family. Has nice alloy rims. This is a very safe and reliable SUV with 4- wheel drive. plenty of power for towing as well if you have a camper or trailer. It is PA inspected till 10/14. GM recalling 426,000 sedans over faulty transmission shift cable
Fri, 21 Sep 2012General Motors is recalling some 426,240 sedans that may have a faulty transmission shift cable, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report this morning. The recall concerns a fault within four-speed automatic transmissions equipped on 2007-2010 Saturn Aura models, and 2008-2010 Chevrolet Malibu and Pontiac G6 models.
The report specifies that tabs on the transmission shift cable may fracture and separate. Such a fault could cause a discrepancy between the actual position of the transmission and the apparent position of the shift lever.
GM is currently working to notify owners of the vehicles in question, and dealers will check and replace shift cables free of charge. Scroll down to read the complete NHTSA report.
First 2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray spotted crashed in the wild
Tue, 12 Feb 2013This restyled blue 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is wearing manufacturer plates, and it appears to be the same one seen around the internet in various pictures lately. This crash is likely not part of the Chevrolet testing regimen, however. Digital Corvettes forum member gpetry posted the shot with a note: "got this picture e-mailed from a friend in Arizona last week..." No circumstances are given, other than the incident occurred in the thick of a set of curvy roads, and the coupe ping-ponged off a guardrail and into the rock wall. Hopefully everyone involved in the incident walked away.
It may not be a pretty thing to see, a crashed sports car that's not even available for sale yet, but rest easy. Many pre-production cars are used for development and then unceremoniously crushed and scrapped, anyway. If that's the case here, that makes this wrecked 'Vette less of a tragedy and more of a case of exceptional efficiency.
