This is no ordinary 2006 Chevrolet SSR. This one is a unique, one-of-a-kind, Super Sport Roadster that is show car ready with many quality performance and cosmetic upgrades. It draws attention wherever I go and the compliments never stop. This adult owned garage queen has been babied from day one and looks like new. It has never seen rain, snow, salt or even dirt! No accidents, dings or scratches. Single owner with clear title. It's been well maintained with oil and filter changes, new antifreeze and new battery. Runs great and sounds like a muscle car with the custom exhaust!

This SSR came from GM fully loaded. In addition to a long list of Standard Equipment it also has the Level 3 Preferred Equipment Group and Bright Chrome Package. The equipment list is too long to insert here but some of the key items are: 6.0 L LS2 Aluminum V-8 (similar to Camaro/Corvette engine), Power Retractable Roof, Chrome Plated Interior and Exterior Accent Package, Painted Running Boards, Auxiliary Gauge Package, Heavy Duty Automatic Transmission, Torsen Limited Slip Differential, Five Link Rear Suspension, Bilstein Tuned Shocks, Front and Rear Anti-Sway Bars, 19/20 Inch Chrome Plated Wheels, Delco/Bose Sound System with 6 CD Player, Power/ Heated Seats, Power Steering and of course AC. I even have the original Owners Manual with Folding Pouch and the hard-to-get Cargo Bay Cover wrench which is needed to open the Cover if the automatic mechanism fails.

But I didn't stop there. No matter how good a vehicle is from the factory there are always room for improvements. In this case $5,000 of upgrades were made including K&N Cold Air Induction (for increased HP), Corsa Stainless Exhaust (For increased HP. Has a Muffler delete option for a true muscle car sound. Presently the bolt-in muffler is not installed), GM 4.10 Rear End Gears (for improved acceleration), Dynotech Heavy Duty Driveshaft (eliminates vibration noise at highway speeds with 4.10 rear), PCM4Less Custom Computer Program (for increased HP and Speedo correction for 4.10 rear), Painted Custom Front Chin Spoiler, Painted Custom Engine Cover, Cargo Bed Carpet, Powder Coated Brake Caliper Covers, Chrome Plated Door Sill Plates, Aluminum Gas and Brake Pedals, Engine Bay Hood Blanket SSR Letters, Engine Bay Dress Up Trim, Stainless Steel Side Marker Light Trim and more.

However, like any vehicle this SSR is not perfect. The driver's seat leather is starting to show signs of wear after seven years of summer weekend drives.

I have sold numerous items with great Feedback so bid with confidence. If you have any questions send me a message.

Sunday Drive: Trucks and SUVs of all shapes and sizes

Sun, Nov 5 2017

The American automotive marketplace is dominated by trucks and SUVs, and so was the last week of coverage on Autoblog. By far, the most popular story of the week was our First Drive of the 2018 Lincoln Navigator. It may look like an old-school lumberer, but in reality Lincoln's flagship is a thoroughly modern, turbocharged-V6-powered, three-row, luxury people mover. The Jeep Wrangler is the world's most recognizable vehicle. So it's no surprise that the next version looks a whole heck of a lot like the last one, and the one before. It's all in the details, which is why we were so excited when Jeep decided to unleash a trio of images showing both two- and four-door Wranglers for us to dissect ahead of the SUV's official debut at the L.A. Auto Show later this year. Past that, spy photos of the next Chevy Silverado and Ram 1500 were predictably popular. See both of those below, and the cap it all off, check out the entire week's worth of SEMA coverage – including the bonkers Hennessey VelociRaptor 6x6 – in our mega image gallery at the bottom of this post. Enjoy! As always, tune in to Autoblog next week for a front-row seat to all the happenings worth following in the automotive industry. 2018 Lincoln Navigator First Drive | From black sheep to flagship 2018 Jeep Wrangler revealed: First photos released before L.A. Camaro spy shots show subtly different grille, front fascia

Sun, 03 Feb 2013

It looks like there some changes in store for the Chevrolet Camaro - the only thing is that we just don't know what Chevy has up its sleeve. Looking at these spy shots, we'd initially be inclined to think that there is just a minor facelift or a new special edition, but upon closer inspection, there are a few oddities about this car that definitely have us intrigued.
The most obvious difference on this prototype is the slightly restyled front fascia with a smaller lower air inlet and the two-bar grille. Then we get to some of the car's mysterious details. For starters, this fascia has the SS vent above the grille, but it looks to be blocked off. Granted this could just be a one-off piece used for testing. What really piqued our interest was at the rear of the car where it has quad exhaust outlets that are used on the ZL1. Could this be the LS7-powered Camaro that we reported on back in December?
At this point, your guess is as good as ours as to what we're looking at here, so let us know in the comments what you think this could be.
