2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Lt Extended Cab Pickup 4-door 5.3l Z71 on 2040-cars
Lawrence, Kansas, United States
This is a beautiful truck great fuel mileage only 19,000 miles will change as I am driving it still. I am selling cause I need more room for kids. This truck has every options except leather. It's black on black paint And cloth seats. This four wheel drive beauty is an amazing truck I don't wanna sell her but she isn't big enough for me and the wife and kids. I bought it brand new last year and have kept it garaged it's entire life except when I am at work. It has the appearance package and is an all star edition. Has Z71 carbon fiber gauges and rancho shocks and I also added a leveling kit for the front. It does not have a bed liner there are a few minor scratches in the bed but not a big deal just want to be honest if your buying a truck it's what happens with trucks. This truck drives and handles great. 15city and 18hwy on fuel mileage. You won't be disappointed with this truck it's brand new condition with full warranty it has 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper and 5 year 100,000 mile power train. If you bought this truck from a dealer you would pay $31,500 I know because I watched the Chevy dealer sell 2 just like mine different colors and less options for that in the past two weeks they sell easy for that then you pay them taxes with me you don't. This truck is valued on NADA for $31,900.00 and I'm not looking to get that because I want to sell it quick so happy bidding on this awesome truck. Any questions hit me up I may have left out some details it has too many options to list.

Chevy Corvette gets Valet Mode with Performance Data Recorder [w/video]
Mon, 18 Aug 2014For the 2015-model-year, Chevrolet introduces Valet Mode for the Corvette, an enhancement to the Performance Data Recorder (PDR) already available and to your peace of mind. The PDR already captures 720p HD video with a windshield-mounted camera, records interior audio with a cabin microphone and gathers telemetry data using GPS, saving the data to an SD card in the glovebox. You can then watch your track-day antics with various information overlays on the center console screen.
Valet Mode will let you hit 'Replay' when your car gets pulled up front smelling vaguely of fricasseed clutch. Turned on by entering a four-digit code, it also locks the interior storage spaces and turns off the infotainment system. It can't be turned off until the code is re-entered. There's a press release below with more information as well as a video that explains how it works, with the obligatory dig at the 'Vette's biggest foe.
Helicopter crashes on Top Gear Korea set while chasing Corvette ZR1
Mon, 11 Feb 2013The formula of Top Gear Korea is seemingly about the same as it is everywhere else in the world, including the flagship British original: involve interesting cars in fantastical situations with charismatic hosts. That prescription has proved to be pretty reliable over the years, and has lead to some truly memorable and exciting pieces of television.
Something like that was undoubtedly what the Korean producers were after when they lined up this segment - a drag race between a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and an AH1 Cobra military helicopter. The planners almost certainly did not expect the filming of the segment to go quite as wrong as it actually did, with the helicopter actually crashing into the dirt after the "drag race" had been completed. Thankfully, we're told that no one was seriously injured in the crash, but the footage, in the video below, is pretty damn chilling to watch, nevertheless.
Lutz dishes dirt on GM in latest Autoline Detroit
Mon, 20 Jun 2011Bob Lutz sits down for Autoline Detroit - Click above to watch video after the jump
Autoline Detroit recently played host to Bob Lutz, and, as is always the case, the former General Motors vice chairman dished out some great commentary. Lutz was promoting his new book Car Guys vs. Bean Counters: The Battle for the Soul of American Business, and talk quickly turned to his role as it related to product development and high-level decision making at GM. While on the topic of brand management, Lutz revealed a few rather interesting tidbits about his former employer:
All Chevrolet vehicles were required to have five-spoke aluminum wheels and a chrome band up front, as part of the Bowtie brand's overall image.
