1985 Chevrolet 1 Ton Diesel Truck
This was a utility truck for 15 years. From the build sheet it came with the heavy duty chassis, dual tanks and utility bed. It used to have the 4.57 gear ratio because it was used to go up and down the SRP canals in Phoenix at low speeds. I had the rear end upgraded to the 3.42 gears by AZ differential so you can cruise down the highway up to 85mph. Runs and drives great. I would trust it to go anywhere. The utility bed is solid construction, one of the compartments has a slide out drawer for a generator. This truck can be converted to WVO or biodiesel. |
