1953 chevy pickup 3600 series the body is pretty solid. has the original 6 cylinder motor that is complete under the hood but is not running and im assuming its stuck from sitting many years. tranny is the 4 on the floor which shifts fine in all gears. the truck rolls good and none of the brakes are stuck! still has the spare tire bracket in place with the spare on it. has old gravity box sides bolted on the box sides which can be unbolted if desired but looks pretty neat the way it is! original seat and gauges and steering wheel are in place. again the body is pretty solid and would make a nice rat rod project or resto project!!! very desirable pickup! I do not have a title, but the vin was checked out by the dmv and its a clear vin! title was lost through the years. this truck is on here to sell with a reasonable reserve! please don't ask reserve because I wont say. please follow through with payment if reserve has been meet and have a feedback score of at least 5 or your bid may be cancelled. so please contact me first if its lower than 5. if you have any ?'s ask and I will be happy to help! again no title thanks and good luck! |

Chevy Corvette gets Valet Mode with Performance Data Recorder [w/video]
Mon, 18 Aug 2014For the 2015-model-year, Chevrolet introduces Valet Mode for the Corvette, an enhancement to the Performance Data Recorder (PDR) already available and to your peace of mind. The PDR already captures 720p HD video with a windshield-mounted camera, records interior audio with a cabin microphone and gathers telemetry data using GPS, saving the data to an SD card in the glovebox. You can then watch your track-day antics with various information overlays on the center console screen.
Valet Mode will let you hit 'Replay' when your car gets pulled up front smelling vaguely of fricasseed clutch. Turned on by entering a four-digit code, it also locks the interior storage spaces and turns off the infotainment system. It can't be turned off until the code is re-entered. The Poncho is dead. Long live the Poncho. Like certain other reoccurring personal maladies, the aftermarket community simply can't let the Trans Am go without another flare up. The guys at Trans Am Depot have worked up a quick commercial for their newest creation: The 2013 Trans Am Hurst Edition, and it watches pretty much like you'd expect it to. The footage is comprised of just about every TA male fantasy you can conceive of, from Daisy Dukes and white tank tops to tramp stamps, bikinis and ice cream cones. There simply aren't words for what you'll see below.
Of course, we like our T-Tops as much as the next guy. If you like what you see in the videos, you can pick up your very own TA by heading over to the Trans Am Depot site. The guys even have Chevrolet Camaro-based versions of the Pontiac GTO if the '77 TA treatment is too much for your tastes. Enjoy, but don't say we didn't warn you.
