NO RESERVE ,,,   WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGH BIDDER  !!!!

   OLDER RESTORATION !!!

THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE MOST SOLID UNDERNEATHS I'VE SEEN IN YEARS !!!

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED BEFORE BIDDING,, NOT AFTER.   THANKS

Older restoration with i would have to guess goes back 20 years or so  But still looks great with a nice deep shine and a real pretty body.  It has a few small flaws like chips or a few small dings here and there but over all looks  GREAT !!  I suppose it could be restored if you want a perfect car but thats up to you.  Please note i am looking to recieve a 300. deposit at the end of the auction.
This is a car i bought last year and am looking to move some money in other places so it's gonna find a new home.  I drove the car on a transport plate so i never registered it.  I do have the title i recieved with the car that was just signed and handed to me that i will give to the new buyer so they can get plates.

The car has super sport emblems but is not an ss.

I'm told the car is a 327 4bb. For those who are numbers guys i took the numbers T0820GF off the motor just in front of the passenger head.  Please come and do any inspecting you need to to verify my findings to satisfy yourself.  The car also has a three speed auto trans.   Starts right up hot or cold and soumds incredible.  The motor has a nice  mild lumpy cam at idle and sounds awesome while idleing,  especially with the fairly New flowmaster dual exhaust. The motor has no knocks or skips,  it sounds great.  The car goes down the road nice.  A great little 47 year old chevy. The car also has power front disc brakes.  Most everything works in it like the headlights, signals, gas gauge, brake lights, parking lights, wipers, emergency brake works also but could stand an adj. to tighten it up alittle.  I do know the horn is inop and the stereo works but not the best quality.  It has 14 inch chevy rally wheels with radial tires.  The car shifts gears well but i know the shifter cable is old and in need of a replacement soon.   The inside of the car shows neat.  The chrome also shows very nice. The miles currently read 69,092 but i'm guessing thats been over with the age of the car.

NO RESERVE AUCTION

I know ebay offers an affordable inspection for those to far to look at it themself. This is mearly my opinion and want you to be sure the car meets your needs. The vehicle is sold as is. I'm looking to recieve a 300. deposit immediatly following auction end.  If thats a problem please do not bid.  The balance can be paid in cash, check or bank to bank wire whichever is easier.  I'm told by my bank any check will  or can take up to two weeks to completly clear the banking system so please be aware i will have to hold the car and paperwork for that period if paid with a check.

Next-gen Chevy Volt will get 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine

Tue, Oct 28 2014

As General Motors gets ready to unveil the new Chevy Volt at the Detroit Auto Show in January, it's starting to reveal a few more details about the updated plug-in hybrid. Today should be fruitful on that front, thanks to an event GM is hosting today that focuses on the new Volt, and we've just had the first bit of new: a bigger engine is coming. Since the beginning, the Volt has used a 1.4-liter, four-cylinder engine as a range extender when the battery runs dry. The second-generation model will instead get a slightly larger 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine that will be built in Flint, MI. That's a step up from the various engines that have been a part of the 2016 Volt's rumored mills, everything from a 1.0-liter or 1.2-liter three-cylinder to a 2.0-liter turbo. The confirmation about the new 1.5-liter powerplant was found in Automotive News, where we also heard again that GM is going to start building the new Volt's electric drive unit in Detroit, moving production up from Mexico. We will have more information on the 2016 Chevy Volt later today.

General Motors Recall List

Wed, Oct 22 2014

It seems General Motors can't go more than a few weeks without issuing a major recall. Since the initial ignition lock recall on February 10, over 25 million vehicles have been recalled for defects. It seems General Motors can't go more than a few weeks without issuing a major recall. Since the initial ignition lock recall on February 10, over 25 million vehicles have been recalled for defects. We used the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recall list to compile a snapshot of all the GM vehicles recalled in the last two months. NHTSA also provides a search engine that allows owners to search for recalls on their vehicle. An automotive company must do everything in their power to notify its customers when a recall is issued on a vehicle. If you own any of the following vehicles and you have questions regarding your car, you can contact Chevrolet at 1-866-694-6546, GMC at 1-866-996-9463, Buick at 1-800-521-7300 and Cadillac at 1-866-982-2339. Or check out General Motor's recall site. Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) or go to www.safercar.gov. Here's a brief summery of the other vehicles currently under recall: July 26 – 414,333 cars affected NHTSA Campaign Number: 14V447000 Models under recall: Certain model year 2011-2012 Buick LaCrosse, Regal and Chevrolet Camaro, as well as certain 2010-2012 Cadillac SRX, Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain vehicles, equipped with power height adjustable driver and passenger seats. Problem: In the affected vehicles, the bolt that secures the driver's and passenger's power front seat height adjuster may fall out causing the seat to drop suddenly to the lowest vertical position. Consequence: If the driver's seat unexpectedly drops, the distraction and altered seat position may affect the drivers' control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash. Solution: Dealers will replace the height adjuster shoulder bolts, free of charge. July 14 – 16,939 cars affected NHTSA Campaign Number: 14V341000 Models under recall: Certain model year 2011 Cadillac CTS vehicles manufactured October 18, 2010, to June 2, 2011. Problem: In the affected vehicles, vibrations from the drive shaft may cause the vehicle's roll over sensor to command the roof rail air bags to deploy. Consequence: If the roof rail air bags deploy unexpectedly, there is an increased risk of crash and injury to the occupants.
