I bought this car brand new in 2004, I am the only owner, I did sell it about 6 months ago to a good friend, some things came up and I still have the car, they never even drove it, it's always been on my property. I haven't had it on the road since Jan. 2013, when I parked it everything was fine, it does need front brakes which I have new ones for it in the trunk. I did hit a deer in 2009, it dented the fender and a little crease on the hood, I never bothered fixing it. Also it has some rust, and scratches but over all not to bad. The tires are about 85% or better. The reason I stopped driving it was I have a 6 year old and these cars don't have a lot of room in the back seat, so I finally had to get a SUV. When I parked this car I would have drove it anywhere, it was very dependable, but after sitting 7 months you never know, I have always started this car twice a week after it was parked, and drive it up and down my 1/4 mile long driveway once in a while. I haven't had it back on the road though, expired plates and no inspection or insurance, living on a state road I didn't want to take any chances. Everything I can think of I have listed above except a while back the radio would come home but no sound, a friend of mine told me it's most likely a fuse, but I never tried to fix it. The history report says it was wrecked in Ala. this car has never been there, I did have some work done on it, someone hit my rear quarter panel while I was parked and left, I had to make a police report for the insurance company. I have tried to put down everything about it, good and bad. I have a low reserve, and also I would trade it for something, I am into restoring older cars, 30's - 50's and older muscle cars. Veyron and C7 Corvette join cast of Transformers 4
Wed, 29 May 2013Like the Fast & Furious franchise, the Michael Bay-directed series of Transformers movies has become known as much for its bad acting as its impressive lineup of cars. As filming just started for Transformers 4, Bay's website has confirmed two new cars for the next installment as well as a makeover for everyone's favorite tractor trailer hero, Optimus Prime.
Joining the cast of T4 are a "race-inspired" Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse. While Bay's website did not supply names for either car, Bugatti is reporting on its Facebook page that the Veyron will join the Autobots. Speaking of the good guys, top Autobot Optimus Prime is getting an all-new body based on a Western Star with a gaudy appearance that was seemingly inspired by Trick My Truck - right down to the six smoke stacks and side pipes!

Chevy Corvette Stingray "colorizer" lets you chase the rainbow
Thu, 14 Feb 2013After you've convinced your better half to let you buy a new Corvette, then comes the hard part... actually figuring out which 'Vette you want. While Chevrolet has yet to release the official configurator for the 2014 Corvette Stingray, it did give us something else to kill some time playing around with.
The C7 Corvette "colorizer" recently went online, and it lets you look at the car in all of its available colors and wheel options from four different angles so that when this car does go on sale, you know exactly which one you want. It includes the Corvette's full pallet of colors including Torch Red, Laguna Blue and the hue you see above, Velocity Yellow. Toss in the black wheels, and we're sold.
