This is a REAL DEAL SS Malibu Convertible with a sweet running and original to the car 283 V8 with the original powerglide transmission. This car runs SWEET!! It show 49,000 miles and is believed to be the actual miles on the car. It just had a Fresh Blue Paint Job done back to original color and it is very slick and the body is super straight. No rust issues or bondo here. The interior is also the original color with bucket seats and center console with the correct floor shifter. The top is also in excellent condition and is powered and works like it should. The boot cover is with the car. The underside looks good and solid as well with the floors and trunk in great shape. It comes with the original Owners Manuel, Protecto Plate, Convertible Top Instruction Book. The car was bought new in Elizabethtown, Ky. All the windows roll up and down like they should and the front and rear bumpers are in like new condition. Here is a car that you can drive anywhere with the top up or down and enjoy. Thu, 28 Feb 2013During January's Detroit Auto Show, we managed a longer than expected wandering tag-team interview with C7 Corvette chief engineering exec Tadge Juechter (pictured above), and LT1 engine boss Jordan Lee (pictured below). They are, quite honestly, two of the very nicest bigshot lads to ever walk the engineering corridors of an American manufacturer. Both are enthralled by what they're doing for a day job. So are we.
We've followed the pre-sale anticipation for the Chevrolet C7 Corvette Stingray like an Oreck vacuum yanking every speck of dirt from a well-trampled carpet. Everything is reportable and contains a grain of further knowledge about this dramatically important and cheered-for car, as it continues to be pressured into representing all that is superior about the American dream.
