2008 Chevy Impala with miles on it, most of them are highway miles commuting to work and going to see family in a different state. The car runs fine great all updates up to date and went through a check up before I posted it for sale. The front and back brakes and rotors just got replaced along with one of the two actuators. The second actuator does need to be replaced also, although it does not effect the air conditioning in any way it does have a clicking noise for about 10 seconds when you start the car I just did not get around to having it replaced and I am getting ready to move. The interior of the car is clean and owned by a non-smoker. The outside of the car is also in good shape with a grey line across the back by the license plate where a car bumped into the rear of the vehicle. Car is well maintained by a non-smoker.

GM recalls select Chevy Cruze, Sonic and Buick Verano models over airbag issue

General Motors is recalling certain 2012 Buick Verano, Chevrolet Cruze and Sonic models due to a defect in the driver's airbag system. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the airbag has a shorting bar which may contact two internal terminals. If that happens during a crash, the supplemental restraint may not deploy, increasing the risk of driver injury. The recall includes a total of 2,949 units.
GM will contact owners and replace the steering wheel airbag coil at no cost. At this point, it's unclear when the recall will begin, though owners may contact the automaker at 1-800-521-7300 for more information. You may also take a closer look at the full NHTSA notice below.

Here at Autoblog, we love unexpected debuts at auto shows – and judging by our Detroit Auto Show comments and traffic, you do, too. Surprise reveals have been fewer and farther between in recent years with so many ways for vehicles to be teased or leak out, but this week's show has been a revelation. More to the point, it's been a series of revelations, with automakers from around the globe successfully delivering a brace of concept and production surprises. It's made our jobs a lot more exciting and challenging this week, and even though it's actually more work to react and run-and-gun when the sheet is pulled on a surprise reveal than it is to publish an already-written embargoed story, we've had more fun covering this show for you than any domestic show in memory. We hope you've enjoyed the surprises along with us.
