Beautiful "Garage Queen" ! This is about as close as you can get to brand new ! Never been tracked or drag raced, I've never even dropped the clutch on this one ! It has the 2LZ package, Bose, Heads up Display, dual tone exhaust, heated seats and I just put a set of brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sports 345x19" rears and 275x18" up front. I have a factory navigation head unit for this car, just haven't had time to install it yet, but it will come with the car. The only modification to the car is the Araid cold air intake, I still have the factory one. Only replaced that because of reports of the sound deadening material on the inside of the air intake was coming off and being sucked into the throttle body. Paint is near perfect, interior as close to new as you can get. The cargo net and front license plate are still in the original plastic bags. Had the clutch master cylinder replaced under a recall campaign, other than that, just the basic service work (with this low mileage, only oil changes and a new battery). I have the title in hand with no lien.

Reuss says GM diesel plans are still on pace

General Motors is not going to let Volkswagen's diesel emissions scandal ruin its plans for a new line of efficient, torquey oil-burners, the company's Executive Vice President Mark Reuss said at a recent press event. "No way," Reuss responded when asked about cancelling the upcoming diesel-powered Chevrolet Cruze and other vehicles. "The Cruze Diesel is too good not to do it." Slated for 2017, the compact is just the latest member of a diesel offensive that initially kicked off with the first Cruze Diesel and most recently saw the introduction of the oil-burning Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon. Reuss also reassured those in attendance that there was "no delay" in development of Cadillac's diesel lineup. Cadillac is working on a line of four- and six-cylinder turbodiesels for Europe. They'd make their way into the US market, too, eventually. "It's a question of timing," Reuss said, according to Car and Driver. Volkswagen's diesel emissions scandal has caused automakers across the globe to at least reanalyze their diesel strategy. Jaguar Land Rover, which is preparing several diesel-powered models for the US market, went on record late last month to reaffirm its commitment to diesel. First 2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray spotted crashed in the wild

This restyled blue 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is wearing manufacturer plates, and it appears to be the same one seen around the internet in various pictures lately. This crash is likely not part of the Chevrolet testing regimen, however. Digital Corvettes forum member gpetry posted the shot with a note: "got this picture e-mailed from a friend in Arizona last week..." No circumstances are given, other than the incident occurred in the thick of a set of curvy roads, and the coupe ping-ponged off a guardrail and into the rock wall. Hopefully everyone involved in the incident walked away.
It may not be a pretty thing to see, a crashed sports car that's not even available for sale yet, but rest easy. Many pre-production cars are used for development and then unceremoniously crushed and scrapped, anyway. If that's the case here, that makes this wrecked 'Vette less of a tragedy and more of a case of exceptional efficiency.
