It is completely loaded with every option including leather interior, power everything, dual climate control, adjustable suspension, CD changer and the $2000 optional Magnesium Wheel package. A $1500 Corsa exhaust system added which sounds awesome! This was originally a Virginia car and has been garage kept it's entire life.  Undercarriage is as clean and nice as the exterior of the car.  No exposure to any harsh weather of any kind. The car runs and drives fantastic ! Everything works exactly as it should. Tires have about 60% tread left. Only cosmetic blemish is 2 tiny stone chips on headlight lid as shown in the photo. Car has been serviced and is ready to go. There is mileage glitch on the title which is easily explained.  After reviewing the Carfax, it appears that a clerical error took place of the mileage notation on the title. To clear the error after the title was processed the title had to be branded as "mileage exempt". Carfax will catch this and list it as a mileage discrepancy.  The odometer shows what should be the correct mileage of 53,500.  Obviously due to this clerical error on the title, the price of this car has been substantially reduced to compensate for the "mileage exempt" branding on the title. The title is a clean Pennsylvania title. Please take the time to look over all the photos. I have many more photos that can be sent to any prospective buyer. Just call and ask for them. This Corvette is in turn key drive home and enjoy immediately today condition.  Needs nothing.

I will also be happy to reasonably assist in the appointment set-up, pick-up and loading of the car.  This Corvette is sold in AS-IS condition with no actual or implied warranty or guarantee.  My contact # is at the top and bottom of this ad so it is there to reach me at.  Lastly please don't hesitate to CONTACT JEFF AT 570 977 0741. GM already raising prices on 2014 Silverado and Sierra pickups

Mon, 14 Oct 2013

General Motors must be pretty pleased with sales of its two newest pickups, the GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado, as it's announced price hikes for both models, as part of a planned price tweak.
Prices will be bumped by as much as $1,500, although weirdly, they'll be offset by as much as $1,500 in cash-back offers through the end of October. Fox Business reports that GM spokesman Jim Cain said of the price hike, "With the sell down of the '13 models nearly complete, this price adjustment was planned and is a normal part of business."
The move, as Fox is quick to point out, is an interesting one, as sales of the twin pickups struggled last month relative to the Ford F-Series, while both of GM's crosstown competitors have been aggressively undercutting Silverado and Sierra prices. The F-150 starts at $24,070 and the Ram 1500 comes in at $23,600, not counting any cash on the hood. A base Silverado, meanwhile, retails at $25,575.

Man spent $75 on a truck that lasted 38 years

Mon, Jan 5 2015

Absurd as it is, some buyers today are worried about getting their car to last throughout the term of their seven-year car loan. Minnesota resident Bob Sportel has the opposite issue: his Chevrolet truck seemingly won't die. Sportel needed a cheap ride to get to work when he took a job at a farmer's co-op 38 years ago, so he bought a rusty 1957 Chevy pickup for $75 from a farmer; at the time, the 20-year-old truck was almost as old as Bob was. After nearly four decades of daily driving and an estimated 300,000 miles, Sportel is still driving the truck today. Bolts secure a fender, Bondo secures the lights, what looks like a whole roll of duct tape keeps him sitting on the bench seat instead of in it. For a 58-year-old pickup that's never seen a garage or a new coat of paint – but did get its oil changed four times a year – that's not bad; Sportel thinks his repair bill hasn't got above $1,000 for the entire time he's owned the truck. He still has no plans to get rid of it, saying, "It just becomes a part of you." You can watch his story in the video above. News Source: KARE11.com Chevrolet Truck Classics Videos
