If you are talking the time to read this listing you may have some interest in a Corvette like this. No where will
you find one more carefully cared for and in impeccable condition. You can see all photos in full screen by
clicking on main photo and arrows will appear at the edges to view.
This is a wonderfully cared for totally flawless '93 40th Anniversary Edition Ruby Red Corvette. Please note that
the ONLY real 40th Anniversary EDITION was built in the iconic Ruby Red only. LT1 engine, cold Climate Control,
fantastic BOSE Stereo system, Keyless remote, rare 6 speed, 8 way power seats on both sides, and power antenna,
to name a few. This is the REAL Deal 40th ANNIVERSARY and it's SPECTACULAR. No complaints about this one. This
Corvette was ordered and privately owned by one executive for 22 years. The car spent its whole life in a climate
controlled garage/mancave in South Florida, never driven in poor weather and it has never felt a raindrop. It
looks, feels and drives as it would have in 1993. All rubber seals are perfect, no scuffs on anything, carpet 100%,
leather also 100%, a 6 Speed that is flawless in engagement and a clutch that truly feels like it is new. The LT 1
Engine is quiet and strong. No squeaks, rattles or groans, just pure pleasure. Always MOBIL 1 OIL. Everything
works like it should. I have the original books, Build Sheet, purchase order and a Window Sticker that was never
applied. The Smoked Glass Roof was an option that gives you the feel of an open car. This vehicle is a Rare part of
history that not many will enjoy. This car has a modern generation LT1 which came out at the end of 1992. It has
regular maintenance and a brand new battery.
The body has had no paintwork or accidents. The Ruby Red exterior is in exceptional condition. Wheels are perfect
and including the Ruby red centers. You can see the condition and including the clean engine compartment. Most of
the original suspension stickers still remain. The car was at many regional shows in South Florida and always won
"Best in Class for an Original Vehicle" with scores above 9.7 out of 10. The actual price of this one was $48,579.
The equipment includes a 5.7 Liter 300HP Engine, electronic climate control, BOSE Premium 6 speaker Stereo System,
Dual 6 way Power Seats, Premium Leather, PKA keyless entry system, chrome 40th Package & emblems, Tempered Smoke
Glass Roof, heated mirrors digital dash and of course it has never been smoked in. It looks and drives new. The
decals are period specific. Don't have $85,400 for a new one Make me an offer I can't refuse and you can own one
just like new and you won't see yourself at every corner, but this is a real "head turner". How many cars like
this will have lived all their life in Florida and not beat up in any way? Remember, “not a raindrop” ever.
There are two sets of keys and I drove the car only 15 miles.
NADAGUIDES The HIGH RETAIL Price For a Classic 40th ANNIVERSARY with Glass roof in Above Average condition.
$25,925. High Retail Value would be a restored car or a well cared for original low mileage one in near new
condition. AVERAGE Value is $18,100 which can be a higher mileage, perhaps painted showing wear.

2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra show all their sides in Detroit
Tue, 15 Jan 2013There could hardly be more riding on the next-generation General Motors full-size pickup trucks, so the automaker has wisely made sure to have a selection of different models on hand at the Detroit Auto Show to show off. The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and 2014 GMC Sierra were both officially introduced last month at a stand-alone reveal, and now they'll be on display for the public to see in various body configurations and trim levels.
The Silverado LTZ Crew Cab and Sierra SLE Extended Cab are aimed at providing more of a high-end pickup experience, while the Silverado LT Z71 Extended Cab and Sierra SLT Z71 Crew Cab should have off-road fans scouting out their favorite trails. The crew cab trucks won't go into production until sometime during the second quarter of this year - with other bodystyles coming later in the year - but we have plenty of live images from Detroit for you to enjoy.
Corvette Z06. Nissan GT-R Nismo. Motor Trend Head 2 Head. 'Nuff said.
Wed, Feb 11 2015Here is a video we've been waiting for, one that will get broadband fiber optic cables glowing like Hooker headers on a dyno. For Episode 62 of Head 2 Head, Motor Trend throws the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 into the bear pit with the latest Nissan GT-R Nismo. What comes out of that is seventeen minutes of don't-look-away video. We're only going to give you the specs. The 3,527-pound Z06 gets on with a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 with 650 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque, applied to the wheels via a seven-speed manual transmission. With the Z07 performance package appended it has a front splitter and winglets, and a three-section rear spoiler among its aero aids. The tested model also wore carbon ceramic brakes, which helped push its $89,985 MSRP out to $105,210. The 3,881-pound GT-R Nismo plays the underdog – again – with a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 spitting out 600 hp and 481 lb-ft, yoked to a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. The GT-R left its 'performance bargain' days behind years ago, and this top-shelf version starts at $151,585 but has almost everything it can get, so the as-tested price was only a skosh more at $151,880. We're not going to tell you any more than that. Click on the video and let Carlos Lago and his two mean minions tell you a story you won't soon forget. Junkyard Gem: 1985 Chevrolet Sprint
Thu, May 21 2020For in the 1985 model year, General Motors began selling Chevrolet-badged Suzuki Cultus hatchbacks in California. Sales of the cheap three-cylinder econobox in the rest of North America followed soon after (with the Canadian version known as the Pontiac Firefly), and did pretty well considering the crash in gasoline prices during the middle 1980s. Starting in 1988, the facelifted Sprint became the Geo (and, later on, Chevrolet) Metro. Here's one of the very first Cultuses sold on our shores, found in a San Francisco Bay Area car graveyard. Amazingly, the primitive rear-wheel-drive Chevrolet Chevette remained available all the way through 1987, competing with the thriftier front-wheel-drive Sprint in the same showrooms. For 1988, Pontiac started selling a rebadged Daewoo LeMans, so the Sprint/Metro never lacked for intra-corporate competition. Inside, you'll find the same stuff most mid-1980s Japanese econoboxes got: tough cloth upholstery and long-wearing hard plastics. Suzuki quality in 1985 wasn't quite up to Honda or Toyota levels, but you weren't paying Honda or Toyota prices for the Sprint. MSRP on this car started at $4,949, or about $12,000 in 2020 dollars. The cheapest possible 1985 Chevette cost $5,340, while a new no-frills Ford Escort would set you back $5,620. Subaru, however, could have put you in a punitively unappointed base-model Leone hatchback for just 40 bucks more than the Sprint that year. I think I'd have sprung the extra for a $5,348 Toyota Tercel, a $5,195 Mazda GLC, or— best cheap-commuter deal of all that year— the $5,399 Honda Civic 1300 hatchback. I was 19 years old and driving a Competition Orange 1968 Mercury Cyclone that year, and I recall feeling pity for Chevy Sprint drivers, new-car smell or not. Still, these weren't bad cars for the price, though a Sprint with an automatic transmission was a real character-builder. Got three cylinders and uses 'em all! 48 horsepower from this hemi-headed SOHC 1-liter. The Turbo Sprint — yes, such a car existed — had a howling 70 horsepower. The hood-latch release is a rectangular button that resembles a badge. 1985 Chevy Sprint Commercial The highest-mileage, lowest-priced car you can buy. 1985 holden barina commercial The Australian-market version was the Holden Barina, and the TV ads featured the Road Runner. 1983 SUZUKI CULTUS Ad In its homeland, this car got screaming guitars and a drive through New York City for its TV commercials.
