Overall in excellent condition. Looks and Runs Excellent. All the normal factory equiptment, AC, PS, PB, 4 wheel disks, removable T tops, rare factory CB model, Polished Slotted OE Alloy Wheels, New Tires.


Car is in storage at my Corvette mechanic's building right now as he just installed all new axle seals and pinion seal to prevent seepage. All other mechanical items are serviced and up to date.

This is a perfect survivor Corvette, always garaged since day one. No scratches or dents beyond normal minor oe paint flaws. Car has never been abused, adult driven it's whole life.

My father bought this for my mother in law over 20 years ago, but she bought a 1993 Corvette a few years later. My uncle bought it from her and rarely drove it. When he passed, my father bought it back and placed it in storage over 10 years ago.

The car came from Portland Oregon over 20 years ago and has resided in Palm Desert Ca. since. No rust whatsoever.

My father is a certified NCRS Judge and knows the value of an original unmolested Corvette. This car must go to a collector type new owner. Not interested in selling to a kid who will modify or abuse it.

My mechanic looked it over and said " Does he keep it stored in his bedroom ? "

Chevrolet Captiva looks mildly refreshed and ready for family duty

We showed you Chevrolet's major debut yesterday, the 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible, but General Motors is making a big push for Bowtie consideration in Europe, so it's also introducing the updated Captiva crossover here at the Geneva Motor Show.
While still based on the same platform as North America's fleet-only Captiva Sport (which is effectively a rebadged Saturn Vue), the Captiva is available in both five- and seven-seat iterations, and it looks far more modern. That's particularly the case with this updated model, which features revamped front- and rear ends that include restyled bumpers, grilles and LED taillamps, among other changes.
As before, the midsize Theta-platform CUV will be available in both front- and all-wheel drive, and is expected to carry a range of four- and six-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines. Important US programming note: Chevrolet sources tell us that America's Captiva Sport will not receive these updates.
