Bought this Cavalier from my Mechanic paid $2300 he did all the work on this car for the previous owner. he replaced belts hoses tune up and did a full head gasket job including shaving heads and timing chain & redoing all the must do internal stuff. runs outstanding does not use or burn oil no overheating . perfect start every time. The interior of the car is great no rips tears or stains. new dash carper material cover ($50) all the elect. stuff AC ICE !!! ICE COLD NEW AC COMPRESSOR power windows locks trunk release lights etc all work fine has a brand new windshield not a scratch. the car was to go to my grandaughter my older son took it for a ride and met a deer.... the deer fell in love with the front right fender and barely touched the bumper but the impact trigered the air bags and dented the front fender it was not serious at all i removed the fender and hammered out the bang does not look bad if i say so myself, just not as perfect as a shop would do you can see all that in the pictures i took some close and long shots if you walked by it you would not notice it you would have to be looking for it. I feel like i'm writing a book don't want to leave out anything that might be important to a bidder. any way while repairing it my grandaughters other grandpa bought her a much newer and more expencive car. so i'm selling this one BUT NOT GIVING IT AWAY its too good of a car runs absolutly perfect ! no phony balony the car will come with replacement air bags but not installed. i don't want to do anything wrong and have anyone get hurt..... your local repair guy should be able to install for a few bucks....
If you want to come see and hear or drive it just contact me i will make every effort to be avail. i have no hesitation in you bringing your repair guy with you in fact that would be the thing to do. i know whoever gets this car will be happy. the 4 cyl. will save loads of gas for a student or commuter. if i was going to give it to my family member i hope you trust me not to screw anyone i've had my share on ebay. sorry to be so long detailed but i or you should not get shafted./
Reserve will be low and buy it now reasonable please don't ask to buy outside of EBAY !! I will not entertain offers to close auction thats what an auction is all about. bidding !! i'll be happy to pick up winner from ATLANTIC CITY NJ AIRPORT or (GREYHOUND) BUS STATION or TRENTON NJ AMTRAK TRAIN they are about 50 mil. away.

Camaro spy shots show subtly different grille, front fascia
Sun, 03 Feb 2013It looks like there some changes in store for the Chevrolet Camaro - the only thing is that we just don't know what Chevy has up its sleeve. Looking at these spy shots, we'd initially be inclined to think that there is just a minor facelift or a new special edition, but upon closer inspection, there are a few oddities about this car that definitely have us intrigued.
The most obvious difference on this prototype is the slightly restyled front fascia with a smaller lower air inlet and the two-bar grille. Then we get to some of the car's mysterious details. For starters, this fascia has the SS vent above the grille, but it looks to be blocked off. Granted this could just be a one-off piece used for testing. What really piqued our interest was at the rear of the car where it has quad exhaust outlets that are used on the ZL1. Could this be the LS7-powered Camaro that we reported on back in December?
At this point, your guess is as good as ours as to what we're looking at here, so let us know in the comments what you think this could be.
First 2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray spotted crashed in the wild
Tue, 12 Feb 2013This restyled blue 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is wearing manufacturer plates, and it appears to be the same one seen around the internet in various pictures lately. This crash is likely not part of the Chevrolet testing regimen, however. Digital Corvettes forum member gpetry posted the shot with a note: "got this picture e-mailed from a friend in Arizona last week..." No circumstances are given, other than the incident occurred in the thick of a set of curvy roads, and the coupe ping-ponged off a guardrail and into the rock wall. Hopefully everyone involved in the incident walked away.
It may not be a pretty thing to see, a crashed sports car that's not even available for sale yet, but rest easy. Many pre-production cars are used for development and then unceremoniously crushed and scrapped, anyway. If that's the case here, that makes this wrecked 'Vette less of a tragedy and more of a case of exceptional efficiency.
Read This: Auto Extremist advocates for Corvette as brand with multiple models [w/poll]
Fri, 25 Jan 2013The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette really grinds Peter De Lorenzo's gears. Or, more accurately, the self-anointed Auto Extremist has an issue with what he sees as mismanagement of the legendary sports car by General Motors executives. In a new editorial on his website, De Lorenzo argues it's time to split Corvette off from Chevrolet to create an all-new brand, complete with a model range with at least three new takes on the sports car. Capable of fully leveraging the successes of the Corvette Racing program and brandishing the full might of GM's technical prowess, the Corvette brand would theoretically give Porsche something to sweat over.
Sure, that sounds like a party, but given GM's troubled track record when it comes to launching (let alone managing) brands, we say that's slippery slope that could just as easily end with the whole Corvette franchise in the scrap bin. Either way, the notion is certainly an interesting one. Head over to Auto Extremist to take in the full editorial, and then let us know what you think in Comments. Should GM split off its most storied nameplate?
