Hi all! Up for bidding is 1998 Chevy Camaro Base Coupe. I am listing it as mechanic's special and it is prized accordingly. The car was bought at auction some 2 years ago. It ran until winter, however I can't start it at the moment. I believe it needs new battery. The engine and transmission ran fine enough, the engine wasn't rough and the trans didn't skip or slide off gears. The AC worked just fine. The exterior of the car is pretty rough, there is paint flaking and there is damage to the passenger side fender and head light as seen on pictures. The passenger's door lock is missing.The suspension also needs work. The brakes and rotors are fine. The interior is in fair shape, the passenger's switch panel popped out as seen on the pictures. Other then that the interior has the usual wear and tear for the age of the car. The mileage is approximate as I couldn't get the car to start. The car is sold as is and has no warranty. The title is clean. Any cost as to picking up the vehicle, such as towing, inflating the tires etc. as well any license plates fees and taxes or solely BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. I will answer any questions I can and you are more than welcome to come over and check out the car in person. This car can be repaired and still serve someone or can be used for parts. I would try to repair it myself as I like to drive it a lot, however I don't have the money to do it. The car is local pick up only.

2016 Chevy Volt powertrain video teasers

The series of videos showing BMW i3 production was strangely popular, as were the shots from inside the VW e-Golf plant. Well, with General Motors pulling the veil off of the 2016 Chevy Volt this week, it's time to take a peek at the production process for that vehicle as well. You're welcome. Up first we've got a clip from CNN Money showing a little bit about how the new Volt's new battery pack and other powertrain components are made. Those of you who are trying to read the lithium tea leaves and see if the new shape reveals that the 2016 Volt will have five seats might want to check it out. Then we've got two clips from GM itself, one showing an animation about the updated Voltec powertrain and another with some B Roll of the old Volt.
