First of all, Thank You for taking a look at my listing. Call with any questions.

I have a ULTRA CLEAN, GREAT CONDITION 92 CAMARO with only 67K MILES! I REPEAT, ONLY 6K MILES!  Low reserve.
This is not some junk project and does not have any major mechanical or body defects. THIS IS  A START UP AND DRIVE WITH CONFIDENCE CAR.

I am selling this car for two reasons. One, I might be moving for my job. I have 2 cars and this is my weekend and garage car. I will be too busy and driving too much to use it and now I can use the money for my second and much more important reason: My mom needs a car. She is almost at 180k with her little sedan so now its time for a new car. She has a heart set on something specific, So that why I am selling this one. Whatever I get from here is going straight to buying her what she wants. She is a wonderful lady and deserves it. Now I have the means to help her. She helped me buy my first car ( an old chevy cavalier) so now its time to buy her a car.

   Lets start with the INSIDE.
Seats are in 9.9/10 condition. Absolutely NO rips, tears or stains! Excellent shape. I steam cleaned them 2 months ago. These seat are super comfy also. Seats also have Camaro embroidered on each seat. The carpet is in good condition. One small mark. Floor mats good condition.
The Headliner is in good shape. 90% of the edges are stuck in well. No Sagging! Smooth and stuck to the top. The sun visors are pinned to the top because they keep falling. Small defect, never bothered me.  New stereo. Its 2013 so it has a CD player and AUX jack. Also, new quality speakers. The T-top leather holder is in perfect condition. Leather wrapped steering wheel.
DASHBOARD IS PERFECT. NO CRACKS OR SUN DAMAGE! Rare for Camaros this age. Shows that it was kept in a Garage mostly.

   OUTSIDE.
This car is in great condition. I always get compliments! Some people even took some pictures with my car. I think that's pretty cool. So, letting you know, this car is a looker. Just take a look at the pictures. Its a Midnight Green. I put an ultra light "Extractor" FIBERGLASS HOOD on it. VERY UNIQUE, not you typical bump-in-the-middle or hood scoop type of hood. The paint is super shiny and almost looks black at night.    The driver's door has a few dings. The rest of the body is very straight (again, look at the pictures). Driver's door 8/10 - some parking lot dings. Passenger door 9/10 - a few tiny dings. Bumps, hood, quarter panels, front panels roof 9.9/10 - almost perfect.

Replaced the headlights and one high beam. The other high beam has a crack in the support. Small defect. Picture. This does not affect the  visibility or  regular headlights in any way and you can only tell if you open the hood and point it out. Never bothered me. The Aero kit is perfect, no rips or cracks. Replaced the window Sweeps. Absoutely no cracks, shiny and clean. Also replaced the drivers side window motor 3 months ago, so that should be good for a long time. Exhaust is all there. Sounds good.

Tires are evenly worn. Tire tread is 70% back and about 60% up front. Wheels were professionally painted a Shiny GRAPHITE with a CHROME CENTER. FLAWLESS. They look awesome and go real good with the color of the car. Absolutely NO curb rash and in pristine condition. The trunk latch motor works! Fixed it a while ago. I also put new trunk struts (the trunk lid actually stays up).
THIS CAR HAS T-TOPS. Like a convertible, but without the body sway and with a lot of safety due to the T-bar roof. Awesome to drive with the T-tops down. You need to experience it.

    ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
ONLY 67K MILES. THAT'S 67 THOUSAND MILES. Did I say... 67,000 MILES!  The low mileage was a big factor when I bought the car.  Also, transmission works great. No slipping or jerking. Transmission shifts perfectly.  Engine is super clean. Replaced the battery and alternator in the last 12 months. Some hoses were cracked so I replaced them. NEW HOSES.  I painted the INTAKE VALVE COVERS a shiny CHEVROLET RED.New gaskets also while I had them off.  The Air Intake system is painted a shiny GRAPHITE,  MATCHING THE WHEELS. Makes the engine look really cool. Let me repeat. Super Clean Car, especially Engine. LOW MILEAGE. ONLY 66K MILES.

RECAP: Low Mileage, Great interior. Excellent Exterior. Mechanically perfect.
Nadaguides.com value is at 7,895$ high retail. You will probably pay less than that here and still have an American Classic
AS-IS. A few minor imperfections here and there and I did the best job I could to list this car as accurately as possible
Please have funds available. Lets make this transaction pleasant.
Plenty of power and torque. Handles well. Drives very smooth. I would feel safe driving this car across the country. No known problems. You will definitely get a lot of looks. I normally drive it on the weekends and on the highway.  Buy this car and the keys are yours. Just start it up and go anywhere with Confidence.  I am located in the NE Philadelphia/Bucks county/Montgomery county Region. You are more than free to come see it if you wish.

Please feel free to call me with any questions. I am friendly and will answer any question. George 2674745893. If I don't pick up, leave me a voice message. You can text instead of voice mail if you want and I'll call you back.  Good Luck Bidding. I want to sell it soon. Lets make a deal.

Low reserve. I won't ship. After you win the auction, please come pick the car up within 24 hours unless otherwise discussed. Funds due with 24 hours unless otherwise discussed. Deposit due when bought.  I have no problem picking you up from the airport or greyhound or train line if you are coming from out of town or coming by yourself and want to drive it back. Please be serious, don't waste your time or mine. This car is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to cancel this auction if I get an awesome offer and sell it. I have a number in mind, any offers over that will get the car. I think I said everything I needed.

Best and Worst GM Cars

Thu, Apr 7 2022

Oh yes, because we just love receiving angry letters from devoted Pontiac Grand Am enthusiasts, we have decided to go there. Based on a heated group Slack conversation, the topic came up about the best and worst GM cars. First of all time, and then those currently on sale, and then just mostly a rambling discussion of Oldsmobiles our parents and grandparents owned (or engineered). Eventually, three of us made the video above. Like it? Maybe we can make more. Many awesome GM cars are definitely going unmentioned here, so please let us know your bests and worsts in the comments below. Mostly, it's important to note that this post largely exists as a vehicle for delivering the above video that dives far deeper into GM's greatest hits and biggest flops, specifically those from the 1980s and 1990s. What you'll find below is a collection of our editors identifying a best current and best-of-all-time choice, plus a worst current and worst-of-all-time choice. Comprehensive it is not, but again, comments. -Senior Editor James Riswick Best Current GM Vehicle Chevrolet Corvette We were flying by the seats of our pants a bit in this first outing and my notes were similarly extemporaneous. When it came time to tie it all together on camera, I failed spectacularly. Thank the maker for text, because this gives me the opportunity to perhaps slightly better explain my convoluted reasoning. I chose the C8 Corvette because it's simply overwhelmingly good, and it's merely the baseline from which this generation of Corvette will be expanded.  While the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing (more on that in a minute) is an amazing snapshot of GM's current performance standing and its little sibling so enraptured me that I went out and bought one, their existence is fleeting. Corvette will live on; forced-induction Cadillac sport sedans, not so much. So while all three are amazing machines when viewed in a vacuum, the Corvette stands above them as both a reflection of GM's current performance credentials and a signpost of what is to come. So, given the choice between the C8 and the 5V-Blackwing right now, I'd choose the C8. In 10 years, when the Blackwing is no longer in production and Corvette is in its 9th generation? Well, that might be a different story. Now, just pretend I said something even remotely that coherent when we get to the part of the video where I try to make an argument for the 5-V Blackwing as best GM car I've ever driven. Or just laugh at me while I ramble incoherently.

Watch the live reveal of the 2014 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra [UPDATE]

Thu, 13 Dec 2012

UPDATE: The trucks have been revealed. Click here for all of the official details.
As promised, Chevrolet and GMC are offering a live webcast of the world premiere for the all-new 2014 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500. After being teased with spy shots and blurry images like the one above for ages, now is the time to see the trucks in the metal, for real (well, as 'real' as it gets on a webcast, at any rate).
Shift your eyes down just below to see the reveal as it happens, starting at 9:30 AM EST. We anticipate having loads of images full technical information to share after the webcast, too, so truck aficionados should stay tuned. We'll also be bringing you live images of both trucks too, when we see them on the show floor at next month's Detroit Auto Show.

GM recalling over 243,000 crossovers over possible seat belt defect

2010 Buick Enclave - Click above for high-res image gallery
The summer of 2010's recall hit parade continues unabated today, with General Motors having just announced that it is asking 243,403 owners of its 2009-2010 Lambda crossovers to bring their three-row haulers in for inspection. The culprit? Second-row seat belts in select Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Saturn Outlook CUVs have "failed to perform properly in a crash."
According to GM, a second-row seat-side trim piece is to blame, as it can impede the upward rotation of the buckle after the seat is folded flat. As a result, if the buckle makes contact with the seat frame, cosmetic damage can occur, potentially requiring additional force to operate the buckle properly. So far, no great shakes, but in the process of applying that additional force, the occupant may push the buckle cover down to the strap, potentially revealing and depressing the red release button. As a result of this, the belt may not latch, or in certain cases, it may actually appear to be latched when, in fact, it isn't.
