I have a nice 91 Camaro convertible for sale with a built 355 small block, a Vortech supercharger and digital Methanol injection plus a large intercooler in front of the radiator. It has a Maddog Stage 2 super trans 700 R4 with a 2400 stall HP converter in it along with a 9 bolt Aussie rearend with disc brakes and 3:27 posi completely reconditioned by Hoopers rearends in Los Angeles. The heads are the "Bowtie" Chevy race style ported, polished and is complimented with an Edelbrock roller cam not too big at 520 lift. This combination works very well on the street and if you like the track I imagine it would be impressive there also. I have the "First" fuel injection setup complete with a 730 throttle body on it which has large runners and looks just like the original TPI. So along with 4 wheel disc brakes, 3 inch exhaust, special Turbo hood, I have a special made complete front clip assembly which is sort of like the newer style 95 Camaro on the car to make it look a little different than other Third Gen Camaros. There is a high pressure/volume Walbro electric fuel pump in the tank which replaced the original TPI pump due to more pressure and volume demands the engine requires plus a fuel regulator with the manual adjustable pressure guage for accuracy. I also have an electric fuel transducer on the regulator so you can verify the fuel pressure when the computer is hooked up to a laptop for tuning. The screen display on the laptop will show you anything that the computer is running through the engine harness. The laptop is hooked to the Wideband 02 sensor USB cable and to a USB connector to the computer. Everything from Tunerpro that is downloaded on the laptop to the screen display makes it nice to make the changes you want. It is like doing a Dyno on the laptop for tuning. You can get the fuel and spark settings perfect for the engine demands. The harness is a brand new NOS Chevy race harness that came on the Third Gen Camaro L03 cars which were not many made. Other features in the car are a optional Chevy CD player, optional Chevy 140 mph speedometer and plus I installed a new top with new weatherstripping on it. The interior is fair for the year but I do have a brand new set of NOS Red leather interior complete with carpeting, door panels, seat coverings and everything to freshen it up like the car came when new. This is the exact interior kit Chevy used in the Third Gen cars during that period when they were built. The wheels are stock and are polished out with stainless steel brake dust covers to protect the wheel finish. The brake pads on all four discs are new and the tires are good. The suspension has all new parts and the motor mounts and trans mounts are new. This gives a fairly complete description of this car and it is currently registered and insured. The car is not equipped with emissions equipment but I do have all of it for states that require it. The EBL P4 Flash computer can be used either with or without emissions equipment. I have a lot of money in the car and there is still things to complete such as a new paint job if you want and other small things but nothing with the engine and drivetrain. I am in the process of buying a new home and would like to sell the car along with other classics I have. I do not use my cars when I restore them. I only do it as a showcar hobby and then sell them. I would have liked to finish the paint and interior on this car but would rather let the buyer choose his own color and if he wants the new interior in it or not. I only have a few miles on the car just to break the motor in and get it tuned good. I wish I could give out my number and email but too many scammers abuse me so you will have to reply through the regular channels and I will reply within one day. The price on the car is high at $12000 but am selling it for much less than what I have invested in it. I have had it quite a long time restoring it so offers are accepted at this point so I can move on to my new residence. The title is free and clear.

Motor Trend wheels the 2015 Corvette Z06
Tue, Nov 25 2014The new Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is capable of some absolutely wild metrics. Want proof? Carlos Lago from Motor Trend is here to break it all down. 60 miles per hour? 3.2 seconds. 60 to 0? 91 feet. Lateral acceleration? A staggering 1.16g, a figure that is the highest MT has ever recorded for a vehicle that isn't a race car. It's an utterly astonishing piece of work, this Z06, and just when you think it can't possibly get any more impressive, Randy Pobst hustles an auto-equipped Z06 around Road Atlanta in just 1:30. Aside from the eight-speed auto, Pobst's Z06 had the most aggressive aerodynamic package, the so-called Stage III. Take a look at the 650-horsepower Z06 in Motor Trend's latest video.
2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray convertible headed for Geneva debut
Mon, 28 Jan 2013While most of the world is still coming down from all the hype surrounding the debut of the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this month, we're already looking to the future. And according to Autoweek, the next chapter in the C7 story will unfold at the Geneva Motor Show in March. That's right, General Motors is reportedly using the Swiss stage as its venue to debut the Corvette Stingray convertible.
If this strikes you as odd, you aren't alone. After all, with a car that's such an American icon, we'd fully expect Chevrolet to unveil it here on our shores in either Chicago or New York. But according to Autoweek, GM is looking to boost export sales of its halo car, and since the C7 was engineered to compete with the world's best and brightest, showing it off in Geneva is somewhat of a smart move. What's more, those with sharp memories will recall that GM used the Geneva expo to debut the sixth-generation C6 Corvette convertible back in March 2004, so there's also a precedent.
Details surrounding the Corvette Stingray convertible are still slim, though we fully expect the 6.2-liter V8 and choice of either six-speed automatic or seven-speed manual transmissions to carry over unchanged. Prototypes spotted on the road showed the car fitted with a cloth convertible roof, as well.
