1986 Camaro IROC-Z Burgundy exterior/Tan interior, this IROC-Z is 95% original, the only aftermarket additions that I am aware of are the following:
The overall condition of this vehicle is GOOD, I will try to touch the most asked about areas on a scale of 1-10: Interior 8.5 - Overall great shape, original seats have no holes or tears, original steering wheel is solid, dash is not faded cracked or damaged, rear cargo area has a small hole in upholstery but nothing major, door panels are solid with no cracks, carpet and headliner are both in great shape as well, aftermarket window tint is older and bubbling in several areas and should be removed at some point in my opinion, aftermarket stereo works but amplifier does not I think it is just a connection issue Exterior 7.5 - The exterior paint overall is solid, car is rust free, there is a small area on the left rear bumper where the paint is chipping, weather stripping around windows is dry and cracked and should be replaced, all lights/blinkers function normally, doors close evenly and line up properly, undercarriage is solid and hardtop roof does not leak Wheels/Tires 6 - Wheels are original 16" bronzed IROC wheels and are in pretty good shape, tires are a little old and should be replaced at some point Engine 9 - Original LB9 Tuned Port 305ci V8 engine runs strong and has 115785 Original miles, car has been sitting for several months and could probably use an oil change, engine compartment is a little dirty but everything is in working order Overall 8 - This IROC truly is a great example of a well cared for classic, with only a minor amount of effort this could be a perfect specimen. This car has a clean Carfax and the title is onsite. There are no major issues with this car, it is in great shape for a 28 year old vehicle. Veyron and C7 Corvette join cast of Transformers 4
Wed, 29 May 2013Like the Fast & Furious franchise, the Michael Bay-directed series of Transformers movies has become known as much for its bad acting as its impressive lineup of cars. As filming just started for Transformers 4, Bay's website has confirmed two new cars for the next installment as well as a makeover for everyone's favorite tractor trailer hero, Optimus Prime.
Joining the cast of T4 are a "race-inspired" Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse. While Bay's website did not supply names for either car, Bugatti is reporting on its Facebook page that the Veyron will join the Autobots. Speaking of the good guys, top Autobot Optimus Prime is getting an all-new body based on a Western Star with a gaudy appearance that was seemingly inspired by Trick My Truck - right down to the six smoke stacks and side pipes!

Thu, 13 Dec 2012Today was a pretty big day for General Motors, debuting the all-new Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra light-duty pickup trucks ahead of their official showcase at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. And now that the dust has settled at GM's big reveal event, we've had a chance to snap dozens of photos of the new pickup pair from every angle.
We already told you the important bits earlier today (click here in case you missed it), but let's recap. Under the hood are three new engines - a 4.3-liter V6, 5.3-liter V8 and 6.2-liter V8 (you know, a version of the small-block that'll also be found under the hood of the C7 Corvette), all mated to six-speed automatic transmissions. The 2014 model year marks the return of the Z71 off-road package with Rancho shocks, front tow hooks and beefier underbody protection. Inside, there's a host of new technology and a greater focus on better quality and refinement.
Some of the nitty-gritty specifics (like engine output numbers and fuel economy) have yet to be revealed, and since we haven't driven the finished products yet, it's hard to say how these trucks will fare against rivals like the Ram 1500 and Ford F-150. For now, we can only judge these two books by their covers, and while we do like the designs of the new trucks, we Autoblog staffers are torn on exactly which one looks best.
