This is a project car I started about 20 years ago and with home, family, job etc I can't get finished and has sat in my barn since. When I bought the car it had a V8 automatic but numbers didn't match. The body plate and VIN shows a V8 model, nothing fancy came and came from the factory as color 76, Daytona Yellow which can be seen in places. Someone changed the color to Red with the exception to the front clip which I replaced with a better condition piece. The car has all the glass except the rear back passenger window, all of the seats, door interior, console, dash, some repair panels that have surface rust. The subframe has new polygraphite bushings installed, new shocks, new springs, new wheel bearings and seals, new rotors (this is a front disk brake car), and frame was epoxy primed and painted. There is also four body mount repair plates to weld into the frame to fix the typical body mount rust issue. The front clip to this vehicle is in excellent condition, minor surface rust in some areas, no dents, no holes.
The floor panels need replaced, patched in some places, as well as a few spots in the truck. Outside body panels are in fairly good shape with rust appearing in only the rear panel and passenger side back lower. The driver rocker needs replaced but looking into the inner panel it is in good condition. Driver rear quarter was replaced and could use a little tuning up where it meets the rocker. The is no front grill, lights or rear lights, comes with four extra drive shafts, extra radiator and extra radiator support frame. I have 70 extra pictures at a flicker account, go to flicker.com and add "/photos/101428945@N05/" to the address. , since Ebay doesn't allow external links, email me and I will forward the link if you can't find the pictures. This vehicle is also being offered locally for sale where additional photos can be viewed at Craigslist Toledo Ohio in cars section, search "69 camaro project car" and may be sold before auction end.
I can add more pictures into flicker if you request certain areas. I want anyone buying the car to see everything they are buying before bidding. If you bid win and fail to complete the transaction you will be given negative feedback. Deposit is non refundable if you fail to contact me and make arrangements to pick up the car. Title was signed and notarized at time of purchased but I never transferred the title into my name.
This is a local pickup only and will load your trailer. Down payment is required within 48 hours via paypal, the balance is cash upon pickup within 7 days. If you can't make it in 7 days, we may possibly work something out for a more reasonable time.

Forza Motorsport 6's new drivable Hot Wheels cars are the best
Tue, May 3 2016Each month, Turn 10 Studios releases a new car pack for the latest installment of its Forza Motorsport video game. Sometimes that means less-than-exciting stuff coming to our Xbox Ones – BMW X6M, bleh – but this time our inner seven-year-old is beyond ecstatic. Two of the seven cars are based on actual Hot Wheels models. And. They're. Awesome. First we have the 2011 Hot Wheels Bone Shaker. Yes, there are flames on the side. And yes, there's a giant skull where the grille should be. This one came from the imagination of "Mr. Hot Wheels" Larry Wood, whose design was so popular it inspired an actual real-world creation. Like all good things in this world, it's powered by a small-block Chevy V8. Oh, and it has no roof. This will be a popular one among gamers. The other digitized Hot Wheels creation is a 2005 Ford Mustang. A modest vehicle, sure, but the toy designers have festooned this pony car with a wild paint scheme and the body mods to emphasize it. Originally developed to celebrate the 'Stang's 50th birthday, this Hot Wheels car trades Americana for wild Japanese style. There's just one functioning life-size version of this car in existence as well, but if you look hard, you might be able to find one of the 1:64 scale models that inspired it. Other highlights from this month's car pack include the latest Ford Focus RS – finally time to replace that NASCAR-V8-powered, all-wheel-drive 2009 Focus RS – the 2015 McLaren P1 GTR, the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS, the aforementioned X6M, and Alain Prost's 1990 Ferrari 641 F1 car. The Hot Wheels Car Pack is available for download today. GM says over 40% of new China launches in next five years will be EVs
Wed, Aug 19 2020SHANGHAI — General Motors is planning an electric car offensive in China with more than 40% of its new launches in the country over the next five years set to be electric vehicles (EVs), the U.S. carmaker said on Wednesday. GM's electric vehicles, many of which will be all-electric battery cars, will be manufactured in China with almost all parts coming from local suppliers, the company said in a statement released at its Tech Day event in Shanghai. Reuters reported earlier on Wednesday that GM was planning to overhaul its Chinese line-up to stem a slide of sales after more than two decades of growth in a country that contributes nearly a fifth of its profit. GM's new China boss Julian Blissett told Reuters that new technologies, such as EVs and cars with near hands-free driving for highways, would play a key role in GM's China initiatives, which are part of a push to get annual sales in the country back to the 4 million peak it hit in 2017. GM did not say in its statement how many new or significantly redesigned models it was planning to launch in China over the next five years. "China will play a crucial role in making our vision a reality," GM CEO Mary Barra said in the statement, referring to its initiative to create what it describes as a future of "zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion" through electrification and smart-driving technologies. GM has said it plans to invest more than $20 billion in electric and automated vehicles globally by 2025. It was not clear how much of that investment will be spent in China. GM recalls 3.6 million vehicles for airbag-software problems
Fri, Sep 9 2016The Basics: General Motors is recalling 3.64 million vehicles across its lineup for an airbag-related issue. The recall covers the 2014-2015 Buick LaCrosse, Chevrolet SS, and Spark EV; 2014-2017 Chevrolet Corvette, Trax, Caprice PPV, Silverado 1500, Buick Encore, and GMC Sierra 1500; and 2015-2017 Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, Silverado HD, GMC Yukon, Yukon XL, Sierra HD, Cadillac Escalade, and Escalade ESV. The Problem: Affected vehicles have a sensing and diagnostic module that controls the airbags and seat-belt pretensioners. The software it uses has a defect that can prompt the module to run a diagnostic test under specific driving conditions, which will also deactivate the front airbags and pretensioners. This means that it would be possible for those safety systems to not activate in a crash, potentially leading to injury or death. Injuries/Deaths: General Motors began an investigation that led to the recall after a 2014 Silverado was involved in a crash in which the airbags did not deploy. No information was given as to injuries or deaths. The Fix: Owners can bring their vehicles to a local General Motors dealer where a software update will be installed to fix the issue. The fix will be free of charge. If you own one: General Motors will contact owners of affected cars, and owners can check whether their vehicles are affected by visiting entering their vehicle identification numbers at either the GM Owner Center website or the NHTSA website. Owners can then schedule a time to have the update installed. Related Video:
