1969 - Chevrolet Camaro on 2040-cars

I am selling my 1969 Camaro, factory RS, 4 speed, X-11 coupe. It is a very nice, solid Camaro with no visible rust anywhere that I can find. All the body panels are original and rust free, as well as the floors. The trunk has a couple of patches, but the shock mounts are original and in perfect shape. The hugger orange paint with white rally stripes is about a year old and looks very good. The interior is in very good shape as well with exception of the front door panels; they are missing the arm rests and have a few minor scuffs/tears. Other than that the seats have no rips or tears anywhere, carpet is good, headliner is good, dash is good It is an original V8 car (1243 VIN), and I was told when I bought it that the motor in it is the original matching motor but I never checked the numbers to verify that for myself. The car was originally a Rallye Green with a White vinyl top RS which makes is a pretty rare combination. It has a 10 bolt Posi rear, power steering, center console with Hurst shifter, performance headers & dual exhaust, aluminum radiator, etc.

Indian tuner turns Chevy Optra into Mustang 'Eleanor' replica

The master fabricators at BigDaddyCustoms are the minds behind what you see above. At first, it appears to be a slightly misshapen custom Mustang, modeled after "Eleanor" from Gone In 60 Seconds, but upon further examination, something appears to be amiss. In fact, the custom shop, based in India, has created an Eleanor replica grafted upon a lowly Chevrolet Optra. While it may take a second for the Optra to ring a bell, you should recognize its badge-engineered sibling, the Daewoo Lacetti, used on Top Gear.
We don't know what star would opt for the Reasonably Priced Car in Shelby's clothing, but it's clearly someone more concerned with the aesthetic than the performance credentials of this automotive mash-up.

Supercharged, 6.2-liter V8? Check. Seven-speed manual? Check. Obsession with weight? Check.
What did you expect when Chevrolet said it was bringing a new Corvette variant to the 2014 New York Auto Show? Maybe a sticker and trim package, like the C6 Corvette Grand Sport or a tie-in deal like the Black Widow car from Chicago? On the opposite end, maybe there was an even more hardcore Z06 waiting in the wings. Who knew?
