1993 Chevrolet 3500 Crew Cab Dually 4x4 on 2040-cars
King, North Carolina, United States
I have for sale an extremely nice condition 1993 dually crew cab
This truck is in very good condition with only 121,000 miles, this is an excellent running very dependable daily driver that I would trust to drive ANYWHERE. The interior is in very good condition showing minimal wear, the exterior is in very good condition and paint is great shape only showing very minor wear but it does show some minimal road debris chips or nicks on the rear flared fenders. The mechanical condition is in excellent condition with everything working properly and no known problems or issues, the truck was used for frequently pulling a camper but the transmission has been rebuilt at 107,000 miles (Feb of 2013) to the tune of $2700 with receipts showing work done and parts replaced and has not pulled anything since. I would rate this truck at a very respectable 9 out of 10 for overall condition and tires are probably about 60% rear and 50% front options include 7.4 v8 engine, automatic transmission, 4 wheel drive, power windows and locks, tilt steering, cruise control, ice cold a/c, trailer towing package, captains chairs with center console, and more. NADA Retails this truck at $10,712 high retail and $6,892 low, I have priced it right in the middle at $8800 THIS TRUCK WILL DO WHATEVER YOU NEED IT TO IN STYLE AND COMFORT!! NO DISAPPOINTMENTS HERE!! please keep this in mind when making your offer. Thank you for any additional info or for local preview please call or text Ron (336) 345-1834 |

Mother's Day Suggestion No. 2,506
Thu, 02 May 2013With Mother's Day coming up, we're always looking for new gift ideas to celebrate the occasion, but hot laps around a track might not be the best suggestion for Darius Khashabi. In a video posted on YouTube, Khashabi straps his mom into the passenger seat of his C6 Corvette Z06 for some laps around Sonoma Raceway (formerly Infineon Raceway) at "60 percent" with comical results.
Now this isn't the first time Mama Khashabi has gotten seat time in her son's car around a track, as his YouTube page shows him pulling a similar stunt - with similar results - around Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca last year. Scroll down for the video, but know that the action really gets going at around the 1:40 mark.
Corvette Stingray Shooting Brake under consideration by Callaway [w/poll]
Mon, 18 Mar 2013Callaway has released a few renderings of a design study for a shooting brake version of the C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The company says it wants to create a long-roof version of America's sports car to offer buyers more interior room and a vehicle with "unique style." The company says it will use structural carbon fiber for the new body bits, which suggests the conversion shouldn't add too much more weight to the Corvette. Along with a few mechanical tweaks, the Callaway Corvette Stingray AeroWagon could breeze past the 200 miles per hour barrier.
Provided that they get enough interest, Callaway estimates they will be able to effect the changes on the Chevrolet for around $15,000, and says the conversion work should be available through its network of dealers. You can check out the brief press release below for more information, or head over to the Callaway site to plunk down a deposit - but before you do, we want to know... do you find this C7 wagon interesting? Vote in our poll below, then feel free to leave a few lines in Comments.

2013 Chevy COPO Camaro announced with two new engines and manual option
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Chevrolet is following up the 2012 COPO Camaro with another limited run of the drag-strip-ready production car for 2013. Ditching the superchargers, the 2013 COPO Camaro can only be equipped with one of three naturally aspirated V8 engines, and other new features include the option of a manual transmission, new front springs, some minor styling changes and a lower starting price of $86,000. All cars are designed to abide by the rules of the NHRA's Stock Eliminator or Super Stock classifications, depending on in which series buyers wish to enter their Chevrolet Camaro.
Returning for 2013 is the 427-cubic-inch V8 producing 425 horsepower, but the new engines include a 325-hp 350-CID V8 and a 375-hp 396-CID V8. Buyers can select to purchase all three engines, and each will be matched with the sequence number of that car; the track-only COPO cars will not have vehicle identification numbers and can't be registered for street use.
Chevrolet is also offering unique enthusiast-specific options such as a COPO Build Book and the opportunity for owners to help assemble their car's engine at the Chevrolet Performance Build Center in Wixom, MI.
