This truck is not show quality but there was minimal rust and those issued have been addressed. No front bumper, the interior while paint could have been done better, as well as the chrome mounting holes. Both are easy to fix and when done, this truck will be close to show high end. This truck is a very nice rod to drive and enjoy right now until you decide what you want to do next. If you are looking for a candidate to take to the next level, this one is it!!I would drive this truck anywhere, but be mindfull that the low gears in the rear end might make it costly to drive it to California!
We may be able to deliver this truck at a more reasonable cost than normal shippers if we have other business in your location, call if you have questions. Thanks for looking!

To me, the best part of this truck is that it is still A TRUCK.  It hasn't been bagged,  or butchered and it rides as low as I would want a truck to ride, great for cruisin. Handles and drives nicely!  The body is such great shape that who ever buys it will have a vehicle to start out with that is not all rotted away or been taken down a weird rat rod path...so the buyer has a lot of choices. Good Luck bidding

GM expected to debut two new crossovers at Detroit Auto Show

Thu, Dec 15 2016

Next month, General Motors is expected to debut two new crossovers at the North American International Auto Show. That's according to Automotive News and The Wall Street Journal, which reports that the successors to the aging Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Terrain will finally make their debut. The two crossovers have been on sale since 2009 and 2010 respectively and are due for updates as the competition has newer models on the market. Both crossovers play in growing market segments where sales success is crucial for the respective brands. GM, and the automotive industry as a whole, has been shifting its focus towards crossovers in the last few years. The Traverse and the Terrain are some of the oldest SUVs on the market and are in dire need of an update. GMC's Acadia, the former corporate clone to the Traverse (and Buick Acadia), switched to a new platform in 2016. And the Terrain's platform-mate, the Chevrolet Equinox, was revealed a few months ago. Both the new Chevy and GMC models are expected to go on sale late in 2017 as 2018 models. Look for a follow up to the Traverse's sister, the Buick Enclave, to make an appearance soon. Chevrolet considering midsize crossover to slot between Traverse and Equinox

Mon, Jan 9 2017

Crossovers are the new hotness, and automakers are looking to cash in by offering a size and shape for every customer. With Chevrolet's debut of the new 2018 Traverse in Detroit, which grew ever so slightly compared to the first-generation model, there is now a midsize-crossover-sized hole between the three-row Traverse and the compact Equinox. When asked about that obvious space, a Chevrolet spokesperson told us the company is looking into the possibility of expanding its crossover lineup. It should be a relatively simple thing to do, since all it would take is reskinning and rechristening the GMC Acadia with a bow tie, and we all know how much GM loves platform sharing. Although they're now different sizes, the new Acadia and Traverse still use the same platform; the Acadia is now on a short-wheelbase version of the C1XX while the Traverse uses long-wheelbase C1XX parts. A short-wheelbase Chevy built on the C1XX likely would be differentiated visually from both the Acadia and the larger Traverse. It may seem like flooding the lineup with more and more models would cannibalize sales of existing ones, but Chevrolet said it would rather have customers stay within the brand rather than going to another automaker. There have been whispers that some form of the Blazer name (possibly TrailBlazer) may make a return on a midsizer, but if it does don't expect an old-school body-on-frame SUV like the old one. In the end, if Chevy builds it, customers will come. Related Video:

Corvette Stingray designer lists five goals of new exterior shape

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

Redesigning an icon is a difficult task, especially when you've got a blank sheet of paper in front of you and the all-new C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is intended to be your final objective.
General Motors has released a new short video featuring Kirk Bennion of the Corvette's exterior design team, talking about the challenges of sculpting Chevrolet's new flagship sports car and the five goals the team had to keep in mind as it worked. In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.
