You are bidding on a VERY CLEAN 1971 Chevrolet C-10 short bed truck. Truck has NEW Red paint with grey and black interior. The truck comes with a nicely built 350ci engine that has a mild Lunati cam, Hooker headers, Edelbrock Performer intake and Holley 650 carburetor. The engine has around 8k miles since rebuild and always runs cool and sounds great through the 2.5 inch Flowmaster exhaust.The transmission is a 700R4 that shifts smoothly. This truck has factory power steering and power brakes- front disc and drums in the rear. The interior has new steering wheel and is clean with no rips in the seat or carpet. Dash and door panels are in great shape also. This truck was an original factory AC vehicle but was taken off a few years back and the heater was replaced with an aftermarket kit. The original factory control panel is in the dash to keep the original look but not hooked up. Instead the knob beside the original controls runs the heater. The aftermarket is much more efficient. Brand NEW 20 inch wheels wrapped with NEW tires. The set has less than 50 miles on them. This truck is very clean and runs and sounds awesome. The body is rust and bondo free and extremely straight. I recently sold a vehicle for a friend on Ebay and the gentleman left me a negative feedback after attempting to extort money from me after HE abused the vehicle not knowing how to drive it at the racetrack with a set of drag radials on it. He also had a copy of the inspection from HIS shipper stating there wasn't a single flaw in the body of the entire truck but somehow the hood got dented and he tried to have me pay for that.... Weekly Recap: Autonomous driving goes commercial in Nevada
Sat, May 9 2015Nevada granted Daimler Trucks North America the first license to run an autonomous commercial vehicle on public roads in the United States Tuesday, marking another milestone in the technology's rapid advancement. Gov. Brian Sandoval and Daimler truck chief Wolfgang Bernhard promptly used the license to lap Highway 15 near Las Vegas in a newly revealed Freightliner Inspiration Truck. It was a clear signal that autonomous driving is big-rig reality, though it's still a long way from widespread use. Nevada certified two of Daimler's Freightliner Inspiration Trucks, which use the company's Highway Pilot system with a stereo camera, radar, and lane-keeping collision-prevention features to regulate the brakes and steering. The radar component has a long-range sensor that can cover 820 feet at an 18-degree angle and a shorter-range unit that stretches 230 feet at a 130-degree angle. The Inspiration trucks are based on the existing Freightliner Cascadia Evolution model used on US roads. In addition to the autonomous technologies, it also has futuristic design cues, including blue lighting in the front and a new hood and grille. While there are only two Freightliner Inspiration trucks in existence, Daimler expects to bring the Highway Pilot system into mass-produced big rigs by 2025, in time to capitalize on the market's predicted growth. The German truckmaker predicts the global hauling market will triple by 2050, and the United States will be a key part of that growth. Trucks carry 69.1 percent the nation's domestic freight tonnage and hauled 9.7 billion tons of freight in 2013, according to the American Trucking Association. Daimler expects autonomous driving to augment this growth, and perhaps evolve the role of the truck driver. Still, the company points out autonomous tech is not meant to replace drivers, but to assist them and relieve fatigue and monotony on long hauls. The driver has to stay in control for passing, in city traffic, and when hooking up the trailer. The company said autonomous driving also offers the potential for improved fuel economy – tests showed a five-percent gain – and lower maintenance costs. Daimler also said the technology could reduce congestion on the road. Much of this is attributable to the constant flow of traffic, which is aided by autonomous driving. While the benefits are becoming increasingly apparent, autonomous technology is still met with skepticism.
Forza Motorsport 6's new drivable Hot Wheels cars are the best

Sometimes that means less-than-exciting stuff coming to our Xbox Ones – BMW X6M, bleh – but this time our inner seven-year-old is beyond ecstatic. Two of the seven cars are based on actual Hot Wheels models. And. They're. Awesome. First we have the 2011 Hot Wheels Bone Shaker. Yes, there are flames on the side. And yes, there's a giant skull where the grille should be. This one came from the imagination of "Mr. Hot Wheels" Larry Wood, whose design was so popular it inspired an actual real-world creation. Like all good things in this world, it's powered by a small-block Chevy V8. Oh, and it has no roof. This will be a popular one among gamers. The other digitized Hot Wheels creation is a 2005 Ford Mustang. A modest vehicle, sure, but the toy designers have festooned this pony car with a wild paint scheme and the body mods to emphasize it. Originally developed to celebrate the 'Stang's 50th birthday, this Hot Wheels car trades Americana for wild Japanese style. There's just one functioning life-size version of this car in existence as well, but if you look hard, you might be able to find one of the 1:64 scale models that inspired it. Other highlights from this month's car pack include the latest Ford Focus RS – finally time to replace that NASCAR-V8-powered, all-wheel-drive 2009 Focus RS – the 2015 McLaren P1 GTR, the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS, the aforementioned X6M, and Alain Prost's 1990 Ferrari 641 F1 car.
