Condition: Truck is inGood Condition with only small spots of rust on the bottom of the front of the doors. Rust was treated when vehicle was painted in 2005. Bed has scratches on the inside of the bed from stuff that was put in the bed of the truck. In the bed below the carpet is the wooden floor that is dried but may need replacing if the look of the wooden floor is desired.

Features: truck has been painted in a candy green color with ghost flames to compliment it. The inside of the cab was done in a gray color, and the seat was done in the chevy bow tie material with a small bow tie embroidered on the top center. A chrome diamond plate console was put in to serve as the base for the shifter as well as the cup holder. The engine compartment was cleaned up of all wires and clutter and the engine detailed with painted and flamed valve covers as well as chrome alternator and other accessories.

History: The trucks original owner passed the truck along to his nephew Eddie. Eddie is the gentleman from whom i purchased it from. This truck was mainly used as a show truck since it was part of the Emperials car club in El Paso Texas. The truck has been garage kept to help maintain the paint and the vehucle from the elements.

Chevy Cruze CNG available from Crazy Diamond Performance

Anyone out there who can somehow find a second way to link Pink Floyd to natural gas vehicles gets a prize. Because so far, we have one Michigan-based company called Crazy Diamond Performance (Shine On You Crazy Diamond being a longtime Floyd fave) that's setting out to convert Chevrolet Cruze vehicles to run on compressed natural gas (CNG). All in the name of cheaper fuel and domestic security, of course. Crazy Diamond says it can offer a converted CNG-powered Chevy Cruze for a price as low as $26,000. That four-cylinder version has 130 horsepower and an 8.5-gasoline-gallon-equivalent capacity that provides a full-tank range of as many as 250 miles. Pony up another $2,000 or so and the peppier, turbocharged CNG Cruze can be yours. The company says it will provide a 100,000-mile powertrain warranty and is trying to get EPA certification for its conversions. The selling points are cheaper fuel (CNG is about half the cost of regular gasoline in some parts of the country) and homeland security (CNG reduces dependence on foreign oil). The only production passenger vehicle CNG in the US is the Honda Civic CNG, which sells in very limited numbers. Check out Crazy Diamond's flyer here. General Motors Recalls Nearly 780,000 Cars To Fix Deadly Problem

General Motors is recalling nearly 780,000 compact cars in North America because the engines can shut down unexpectedly and cause crashes. The company says six people have been killed in crashes related to the problem. The recall affects Chevrolet Cobalts and Pontiac G5s from the 2005 through 2007 model years. U.S. safety regulators say the weight of the key ring and rough roads can move the ignition switch out of the run position, cutting the engine and electricity. If that happens, air bags may not work. GM says there have been 22 crashes from the problem. All happened at high speeds. Dealers will replace the ignition switch for free. GM says owners should remove nonessential items from key rings until the problem is fixed. The finalists for the 2017 North American Car, Truck, and Utility Vehicle of the Year were announced Tuesday at AutoMobility LA ahead of the 2016 LA Auto Show. Approximately 60 judges, including Autoblog's editor-in-chief Mike Austin, evaluated over 40 vehicles and named three models as the finalists in each category. The award for the Utility Vehicle of the Year is new for 2017 and separates SUVs, crossovers, and minivans from pickup trucks.
