Honolulu, Hawaii, United States
This1957 Chevy 2 door Belair Hardtop was in storage since 1992, the brakes were stuck from sitting too long, I replaced the two front wheel cylinders, cleaned and repacked both front inner and outer wheel bearings and replaced both front wheel seals, front and rear shoes and all four brake drums were cleaned, the original brake assembly are in good condition, the engine was primed with oil before starting the motor with fresh gas, I replaced the carburetor with a Holley 650 DP #4774-2, the distributor is a Mallory Dual Point, I was going to install a new MSD HEI with new wires that I bought for another project that I recently sold but I'll leave as is for new owner to decide, the valve covers with wire loom holders and matching air cleaner were just put on to replace ALSTON valve covers that were originally on motor, the motor was rebuilt to stock before it went into storage, the interior is leather with cloth inserts and in excellent condition, the headliner has the same pattern as the seats, the door panels does not have the matching cloth but also in good condition, the dashboard is also padded, the body is in good condition with minor surface rust and decay but not critical that it will need major cutting and patching, the stainless trims on the car is in excellent condition but the chrome bumpers and light bar are pitted, Danchuk has these replacements readily available as well Speedway Motors and others that sell Tri-five parts, I honestly can say this car was well taken care of before it went into storage, car is for sale locally and will be cancelled anytime before the auction ends, I will answer all questions you have, I will assist to deliver car for shipping and help to get booking for immediate sailing to your destination, see my feedback, I have sold cars as far as Germany- a 1931 Ford Model A Roadster dlx. and 1952 Chevy coupe to Georgia, both without problems and assisted buyers with booking and shipping see feedback, this 57' Chevy Hardtop belonged to my oldest brother and passed down to me, he bought himself a ZO6 Corvette to enjoy during his retirement, please be serious when bidding and have funds to pay, get approvals from your spouse, and bid to win! thank you.

Supercharged 2015 Chevy Corvette Z06 takes the C7 beyond the ZR1
Mon, 13 Jan 2014
The Z06 is just about everything we got in the last ZR1, but better.
After a bright-yellow false start, here is the real thing: the fourth-generation, 2015 Corvette Z06. If Chevrolet makes a ZR1 version of the C7 Corvette, it's going to be absolutely mega, because the Z06 is just about everything we got in the last ZR1, but better.
C7 Corvette makes inaugural ad appearance in Chevy's first spot with new slogan
Mon, 11 Feb 2013Chevrolet's "Runs Deep" tagline has finally been run into the ground, replaced with the Bowtie brand's "Find New Roads" slogan that's part of parent General Motors' plan to unify its everyday brand's marketing efforts worldwide. The new Chevrolet campaign was ushered in on prime time last night during the Grammy Awards on CBS, and the first spot, a 90-second full-line ad, also marks the first appearance of the 2014 Corvette Stingray in a commercial.
Being a full-line ad, the commercial is composed of vignettes centered on different vehicles in the brand's lineup. The all-new 2014 Impala also makes its first commercial appearance in dapper fashion, and time is spent on a skateboarding Sonic and a bouquet of brightly colored Spark hatchbacks driven by fashionable women. The ad starts and ends with Chevy's green halo car, the Volt, along with a young girl with her robotic dog (yes, really).
Chevrolet's "Runs Deep" campaign got off to a rocky start in the fall of 2010, but it did last for a couple of years with some tweaks. This new one, "Find New Roads" seems more intent on drawing new customers into the fold than the outgoing tagline, which seemed to play more toward the brand faithful. It admittedly reminds us more than a little the short-lived "Find Your Own Road" Saab motto (which, we note, was conceived while the Swedish brand was under GM's control), but no matter, we still think it's got more long-term potential than "Runs Deep."
