You are looking at an all original 1957 Chevy Belair 4 door. It has a V8 283 power pack 4 barrel, 3 speed manual, with 70,825 original miles, all original paint and interior, original spiral shocks. This car is a rare color, Laurel Green with a Colonial Cream top. I have included pictures of the original bill of sale for the car along with other documentation. This has been a one family owned car since new. Still has original dealership emblem on trunk. The plastic seat covers that were installed when it was new are still on the seats. Interior is in very good condition. Car has lots of factory Chevrolet accessories including electric wipers, drivers side outside mirror, vanity visor mirror, day/night mirror, backup lamps, front floor mats, deluxe heater and defroster, rocker panel molding, electric clock, locking gas cap, gasoline filter, ventshades and more. The car has also had seat belts installed. The car runs and drives good, doors open and shut like new, original jack and spare wheel in trunk, the car is 99% rust free. New brakes, master cylinder, battery, water pump, fuel pump, carb kit, generator rebuilt, new US Royal wide white wall tires. Stainless and glass is in nice condition. Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee teases return with a Countach

Unless you have an intense aversion to Jerry Seinfeld, it's hard not to find something to like about his show Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. After all, the series combines funny people telling often hilarious stories while riding in ridiculously cool vehicles. The trailer for the sixth season is now online, and based on this tease, this definitely looks worth watching no matter what part of the videos interest you. Of course, it's the automotive portion that really grabs us, and Seinfeld has quite a fleet to showcase for season six. The trailer shows off a Lamborghini Countach, a '57 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible, a classic Volkswagen Beetle in the green and white German Polizei livery, a Morgan, an Aston Martin DB5, and a Ferrari 308. On the more humorous side of things, the guest list at least includes Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jim Carrey, Steve Harvey, Stephen Colbert, Bill Maher and upcoming host of The Daily Show Trevor Noah. Season six of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee premieres on Crackle on Wednesday, June 3, at 11:30 PM ET.

GM execs fired over fraudulent India emissions testing

General Motors hadn't had a recall in India since 1995. That changed when it was discovered that certain employees were playing tricks with local emissions testing in order to ensure passing grades for engines. More than ten GM Powertrain employees in India and the US have been let go over the ensuing emissions flap, including Sam Winegarden, VP of global engine engineering, a man who has been with the company since 1969, leading development of some marquee powerplants.
According to Automotive News, an internal investigation revealed that employees "violated testing procedures," sometimes swapping specially prepared low-emissions engines during testing regimes for the Chevrolet Tavera SUV equipped with the 2.0-liter and 2.5-liter engines. Employees were also manipulating weights in order to get vehicles placed into different emissions categories. The discovery has led to GM recall the 114,000 Taveras produced over an eight-year period and halting their production and sale.
The Economic Times of India reports that the issue is due to "a faulty component." GM has developed a solution to the issue, and once it is validated in testing and approved by the Indian authorities, the recalled vehicles will be fixed at dealers and production will resume.
