Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology:Salvage title means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always.Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner.If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage.In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy or sell anything with major damage.Now for Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work.       

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING and/or PICKUP  of the vehicle. I can and will also assist in arranging for transportation upon buyer’s request. I can ship this car to your destination at a discounted rate as I work with many transportation companies and can get a much cheaper rate.All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY  FOR  CLAIMS ARISING FROM SHIPPING DAMAGE Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require 2 days advance notice for any pickup or transportation.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact me within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (716 )348-9101 or by email through eBay or eazypay12345@gmail.com to set up payment arrangements.I require a $500 non-refundable deposit which must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.This deposit can be made through PayPal  or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, I will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. I will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait nine (7) business days until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (7) days or until the funds clear. We require 2 days Notice for any Pickup.

Although I describe all my vehicles to the best of my abilities, it is still possible that I may have unintentionally made an error or left some information out. Please keep in mind that this is not a new car, used vehicles may have typical dings and scratches inherent for their year and mileage. Interior wear should also be considered depending on the vehicle’s year and mileage.
