This Suburban was originally from Arizona and has spent the last 14 years in Minnesota owned and meticulously maintained within one family. The overall condition of this vehicle is incredible. The body is all in excellent condition with only a few minor chips. The interior is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or stains. The engine starts immediatly and runs very smooth and quiet with newer stainless steel dual exhaust. The transmission shifts flawlessly and smooth and has a transmission coller kit with temperature gage. The vehicle drives straight down the highway and gives a smooth ride with newer Michelin tires. The a/c blows ice cold. The rear a/c is inoperative. The headliner has a small sag but does not need replacing. The brakes have all been recently replaced. For a 454 Big Block this motor is very smooth and responsive with recent oil and filter change and complete tune up.The rear bumper has a small ding in it .This truck is ready for what ever task you have in mind. This truck is as nice or nicer condition than the last suburban I just had.

Corvette Stolen In Detroit Returned To Owner After 33 Years
Wed, Jun 25 2014A Detroit man had his stolen Corvette returned 33 years after it disappeared while parked on one of Detroit's main drags, according to ABC 7. The last time George Talley saw his 1979 Corvette was on a July day in 1981, when it disappeared from its parking spot on Jefferson Avenue in Detroit. He had given up hope of ever seeing his car again, until a phone call from AAA brought his sporty ride home. Authorities had come across a Corvette with a questionable VIN in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. When they ran the number Talley's stolen car report came up. The car is still in pretty good shape and only has 47,000 miles on the odometer. Talley wasn't sure how he could get the car back home, but General Motors stepped in and agreed to cover the cost of bringing the 'Vette home. Talley has always had a passion for Detroit-made muscle cars. "I've always liked Corvettes. It was attractive. The ladies like 'em," Talley told ABC 7.
The Corvette Museum sinkhole has been filled
Wed, Feb 11 2015After swallowing eight of the most prized pieces of the collection from the National Corvette Museum, the massive sinkhole from a year ago is rapidly becoming nothing but a bad memory. Based on the museum's weekly construction update, you can barely see the remnants of the 25-foot deep hole once in the floor. The Corvette Museum's Skydome was not always going to look like this. The original hope was to keep the sinkhole there as a tourist attraction. That plan eventually fell through, though, and instead it was decided five of the less-damaged Corvettes would remain unrestored. Progress has been moving fast to get the repairs done. Even a month ago, the hole was still very visible, and the construction company used remote-controlled Bobcat loaders to fill it in. Now, the museum has launched a contest to guess how many tons of stone it took to fill in the massive crater. The winner gets a print of the 2009 Corvette ZR1 Blue Devil being lifted out.
