I have a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban Z-71 4x4. That is loaded with all options. Flip down DVD, power everything. 195,000 miles. Low for 10 yrs old. It has 20" wheels. Tinted Windows. I could list all options, but I am gonna provide VIN#,and also copy and paste from NADA,etc. Too many to type. I'm gonna provide more pics Friday afternoon as well. The right side has some minor damage and missing the step bar. My price reflects it. I've done several Google searches for Suburban an Tahoe Z71 editions, 2003-2006, and they are outrageous in price. VERY RARE ! Im also in process of getting some stock wheels,to trade for my 20's. If u want the truck and 20" wheels, let me know ASAP. I'm very negotiable right now and looking to move it quick,so I can get my Jeep up and running for summer. Would consider trading for an early 90's Wrangler in good shape.

We were backing the boat into the lake and we got the truck and trailer in a bind pulling it out and scrubbed the barrier. I will post as many pics I can. My buddy owed me some cash,so I decided to take the truck instead. Runs and drives like a champ. I did it cause I know how hard these are to find. If I don't sell it in 2 weeks, I most likely will get it perfect and ask $12,000-$14,000. I've saw them for that and more. This price is a STEAL for this truck. The damage is minor cosmetic and the right person could have a bad ass Z71 edition for less than half the cost. Tons of room and seating. Please email with any an all questions. First come, first serve. CASH.. Title in hand. MAKE ME AN OFFER.. For salew locally in Conyers. Priced to sell asap. This is a 2003 Chevy Suburban Z71 4x4 , for the price of a 1985 minivan. Snag it quick, won't last long. Big body V8. Rare as they get.. EMAIL, I WILL REPLY ASAP ................THANKS

Watch the live reveal of the 2014 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra [UPDATE]

Thu, 13 Dec 2012

UPDATE: The trucks have been revealed. Click here for all of the official details.
As promised, Chevrolet and GMC are offering a live webcast of the world premiere for the all-new 2014 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500. After being teased with spy shots and blurry images like the one above for ages, now is the time to see the trucks in the metal, for real (well, as 'real' as it gets on a webcast, at any rate).
Shift your eyes down just below to see the reveal as it happens, starting at 9:30 AM EST. We anticipate having loads of images full technical information to share after the webcast, too, so truck aficionados should stay tuned. We'll also be bringing you live images of both trucks too, when we see them on the show floor at next month's Detroit Auto Show.

Best and Worst GM Cars

Thu, Apr 7 2022

Oh yes, because we just love receiving angry letters from devoted Pontiac Grand Am enthusiasts, we have decided to go there. Based on a heated group Slack conversation, the topic came up about the best and worst GM cars. First of all time, and then those currently on sale, and then just mostly a rambling discussion of Oldsmobiles our parents and grandparents owned (or engineered). Eventually, three of us made the video above. Like it? Maybe we can make more. Many awesome GM cars are definitely going unmentioned here, so please let us know your bests and worsts in the comments below. Mostly, it's important to note that this post largely exists as a vehicle for delivering the above video that dives far deeper into GM's greatest hits and biggest flops, specifically those from the 1980s and 1990s. What you'll find below is a collection of our editors identifying a best current and best-of-all-time choice, plus a worst current and worst-of-all-time choice. Comprehensive it is not, but again, comments. -Senior Editor James Riswick Best Current GM Vehicle Chevrolet Corvette We were flying by the seats of our pants a bit in this first outing and my notes were similarly extemporaneous. When it came time to tie it all together on camera, I failed spectacularly. Thank the maker for text, because this gives me the opportunity to perhaps slightly better explain my convoluted reasoning. I chose the C8 Corvette because it's simply overwhelmingly good, and it's merely the baseline from which this generation of Corvette will be expanded.  While the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing (more on that in a minute) is an amazing snapshot of GM's current performance standing and its little sibling so enraptured me that I went out and bought one, their existence is fleeting. Corvette will live on; forced-induction Cadillac sport sedans, not so much. So while all three are amazing machines when viewed in a vacuum, the Corvette stands above them as both a reflection of GM's current performance credentials and a signpost of what is to come. So, given the choice between the C8 and the 5V-Blackwing right now, I'd choose the C8. In 10 years, when the Blackwing is no longer in production and Corvette is in its 9th generation? Well, that might be a different story. Now, just pretend I said something even remotely that coherent when we get to the part of the video where I try to make an argument for the 5-V Blackwing as best GM car I've ever driven. Or just laugh at me while I ramble incoherently.

GM dealers unhappy about pickup prices

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

The backlash is beginning. Following General Motors' price hike of the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra last week, dealers across the country are expressing their ire over increasing prices in the face of rebates and discounts on trucks from Ford and Ram.
Speaking to Automotive News, Sam Pilato, the general manager at Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater, FL, Silverados are "selling very poorly." W. Carrol Smith, the president of Monument Chevrolet in the heart of truck country, Texas, said, "[GM's] position is that the vehicle stands on its own and it doesn't need a bigger rebate. That's not what the market is telling us."
According to AN, that's the general attitude amongst Chevy and GMC dealers across the country, where the twin pickups are getting butchered in sales by competitors offering up to $9,000 off their sticker prices. Part of the problem for GM is that its trucks are arriving on the market near the end of the current F-150's lifecycle, a fact that Ford has taken advantage of.
