Up for sale is my 1999 Chevrolet K2500 Suburban. It is in excellent condition with pretty low miles at 105k. It has the 454 Big Block 7.4L Engine with a 4L80E Automatic Transmission. The truck is 4wd with an automatic 4x4 option. Everything works as it should with no issues. It has power front seats, power windows, locks, and mirrors. Also includes front and rear AC and heat. It has third row seating and you can fold down the 2nd row and 3rd row to make room to haul any large material or whatever you need. Comes with a tow hitch with wiring in case you are looking to tow a boat, car, or an equipment trailer. The truck runs and drives smooth, starts right up and drives down the road straight as an arrow. Very smooth riding truck for being 14 years old. This was one of the best suburbans chevy made during this time period and the last year this style was made. It has enough power to tow anything and enough space to haul around 7 adults comfortably. If you have any questions please email me and I will answer them quickly and to the best of my ability. Thank you for looking and good luck! photo DSC_0061_zps3292d065.jpg photo DSC_0062_zps0aa3555b.jpg photo DSC_0063_zps4b1a9176.jpg photo DSC_0064_zpsa2d920f1.jpg photo DSC_0065_zps8f246827.jpg photo DSC_0066_zps0d35b6e7.jpg photo DSC_0067_zps16df2304.jpg photo DSC_0068_zps81148590.jpg photo DSC_0069_zps69ac7bd4.jpg photo DSC_0070_zpsfc50bb06.jpg photo DSC_0071_zps637f44c1.jpg photo DSC_0074_zps166cddf0.jpg photo DSC_0076_zpsd5a27f2d.jpg photo DSC_0077_zps8348823d.jpg photo DSC_0075_zpsfd105132.jpg photo DSC_0079_zpscc54827e.jpg photo DSC_0083_zpsf8b2f6a7.jpg photo DSC_0085_zpsf1ae1506.jpg photo DSC_0084_zpsd82e41f9.jpg photo DSC_0087_zpsa7377ec6.jpg photo DSC_0096_zpsda21fe48.jpg photo DSC_0098_zps8b30b080.jpg photo DSC_0099_zps3188afb3.jpg photo DSC_0100_zps18d5c9e8.jpg photo DSC_0101_zps32ed6241.jpg photo DSC_0102_zpscb49a0aa.jpg photo DSC_0105_zps09d0345b.jpg photo DSC_0103_zps358b768c.jpg photo DSC_0104_zpsc15dbe88.jpg photo DSC_0106_zps86a6371e.jpg photo DSC_0107_zpsc4ce3a88.jpg photo DSC_0108_zpseaa66eb1.jpg photo DSC_0095_zps4af8cf4a.jpg photo DSC_0094_zps3d66025a.jpg photo DSC_0093_zpsa5f17140.jpg photo DSC_0089_zps6e89d6bd.jpg photo DSC_0092_zpsaa4bc335.jpg photo DSC_0088_zps4cbc6e2b.jpg photo DSC_0082_zps8e666213.jpg photo DSC_0081_zps4ba46086.jpg photo DSC_0080_zps0f61541e.jpg photo DSC_0091_zpsac546c4a.jpg

Expect greater differentiation in GM's next-generation SUVs

Thu, 03 Jan 2013

General Motors says its next-generation Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade models will offer shoppers improved interior differentiation. Car and Driver recently caught up with Chris Hilts, GM's creative manager of interior design, who said that the cabins will all feature unique instrument panels, consoles, center stacks and switchgear moving forward. Apparently GM is now aware that consumers may be bothered by the fact that today's $85,000 Escalade has effectively the same cabin as a $45,000 Tahoe. Hilts says SUV buyers want more refinement than their pickup purchasing counterparts - and those same buyers also want their SUVs to have more exterior differentiation between the company's Silverado and Sierra pickup lines. Shocking.
That all sounds good to us, but we've heard this song and dance before. GM made big waves about how different the new-for-2013 Silverado and Sierra would look from each other, but judging by what we've seen so far, GM's stylists are painting in shades rather than with the full spectrum. Pure Vision Design TT Camaro has 1,400 reasons to want it

Wed, 06 Nov 2013

We've talked about Pure Vision Design before, a California-based company that made waves at last year's SEMA show with its Martini-liveried, Indy-car-powered Ford Mustang. That same car later starred in a Petrolicious video we showed you just a few weeks back. The company's latest creation is a menacing car it calls the Pure Vision Design TT Camaro. Based on a 1972 model, this car shares the Martini Mustang's clean styling and obsession with details.
Unlike the Mustang, which draws its power from a mid-60s Lotus-Ford Indycar engine, the "TT" in this Camaro's name implies something far more potent. The Nelson Racing Engines 427-cubic-inch V8 has been fitted with a pair of turbochargers, with a claimed output of 1,400 horsepower. That's almost 1,000 more than the Martini Mustang.
A six-speed Magnum transmission dispatches that power to the ground, while Pirelli PZero tires are tasked with (somehow) trying to grip the road. Baer brakes hide behind those HRE rims, while JRI coilovers and HyperTech springs bless the Camaro with some degree of competency in the bends.

GM won't pay owners of recalled cars for lost value

Thu, 12 Jun 2014

Kenneth Feinberg, the man in charge of the General Motors compensation fund dealing with the its widespread ignition switch woes, has issued an informal, two-letter response to the plaintiffs in more than 70 lawsuits seeking redress for lost resale value of their Cobalts: "No." The cases were recently combined into one, but Feinberg told The Detroit News that the fund will deal "only with death and physical injury claims," and that "perceived diminished value" will get no consideration.
ALG, the firm specializing in establishing residual values, determined that Cobalt owners had lost $300 compared to the segment competition and doesn't envision any long-term effects from the recall situation. Feinberg's statement comes in advance of public details on how the compensation fund will work and adheres to GM's long-held position on the matter. The company has already asked a judge to throw out such suits using the pre-bankruptcy defense, even as it stopped using that defense in cases of injury and death.
With plenty of potential gain from the GM suit, however, don't expect the plaintiffs to give up yet. When Toyota was sued for the same reason during the unintended acceleration debacle, it eventually settled the case for between $1 billion and $1.4 billion just to get it over with. Since the 85 law firms involved in the Toyota litigation took home more than $250 million of that total, we shouldn't expect the attorneys to give up on a GM payout, either.
