You are bidding on an 04 chevy silverado duramax diesel, crew cab short bed, 4x4, loaded with leather, heated seats, programmable drivers seat, steering wheel controls, digital dual climate control, both front seats full power and lumbar, Bose 6 disc sound system, factory entertainment center,87k,K&N air intake system, etc etc.. I bought this unit at an insurance auction for the drivetrain to do a suburban conversion but after getting it home decided it was too nice to part out... It had a MINOR front end collision that took out the front bumper and cooling, NO sheet metal damage. I replaced cooling , (NEW radiator, lower shroud, fan blade),(it was a very low hit). It broke off the round tube between frame rails so we replaced as well.. Truck runs great. After putting together we found that the passenger frame rail is no more than an inch back and possibly down in the front.. I will include front bumper with fog lights. The truck has 285/75s on 3 of the rims and a 265/75 on the front passenger. I think if you ran factory size tires it would align and have zero issues but to be perfect it will need to see a frame machine (I would have fixed it but I live in a vacation/retirement take it easy mentality area and have no frame shops within a couple hundred miles, therefore passing on a huge discount). The bed has a spray in liner, the tailgate is dented and the hood has check marks ??? the interior will need a detail as I think this was someones work truck, it will clean up nicely...Last picture is off before we fixed.. NO RESERVE 3 DAY AUCTION, if you are wanting a buy it now please email me or contact me with an offer, not a question of "what do you need to get out of it", thanks 805 801 6575 The ONLY trade and cash I would be interested in would be a 03 newer loaded tahoe,yukon.. mileage not a factor just as long as it has leather, sunroof etc..

Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future
Wed, 19 Nov 2014The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
Watch Evo pick its 2015 Car of the Year in this epic video
Mon, Dec 7 2015With just a few days left in 2015, it's the perfect time to check out Evo's annual Car of the Year test to determine the greatest performance vehicle of the last 12 months. The writers' picks for the 11 finalists spanned a breadth of engaging models and included: Peugeot 208 GTi by Peugeot Sport, Lamborghini Aventador SV, Seat Leon Cupra Sub8, McLaren 675LT, Porsche 991 GT3 RS, Porsche Cayman GT4, Honda Civic Type R, Ferrari 488 GTB, Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, Lotus Evora 400, and Mercedes-AMG GT S. For the venue to test the mettle of these performance machines, Evo stuck close to home this year and visited the twisting roads at the beautiful north coast of Scotland. Racing brothers Marino and Dario Franchitti also came along for the ride to provide two more voices in the competitive challenge to determine a winner. Evo's video explains why each model deserves to be among such rarified company but doesn't gloss over their faults either. There can be only one winner, though. We don't want to spoil it, so check out the clip for magnificent views of these performance machines through the Scottish countryside.
C7 Corvette turbo with 1,000 horsepower promised from Hennessey
Mon, 25 Feb 2013If you can't wait for the next-generation Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, Hennessey says they will have you covered. The Texas-based company has announced it will offer a spate of upgrades for the 2014 Corvette ranging from a range of bolt-on options all the way up to a 1,000-horsepower, twin-turbo system. Buyers can start with a cold air intake, cat-back exhaust or stainless steel long-tube headers, but Hennessey says it will also offer up three stages of forced induction mayhem should those bits and baubles not provide enough thrust.
Those choices start with a supercharger system good for up to 700 hp, though Hennessey will gladly ditch the blower in favor of two turbos. Doing so will spin the crank to the tune of 800 horsepower all the way up to a certifiably ludicrous 1,000 ponies. There's no word on how much these tricks will cost you - or when they will be available, as we're guessing they haven't gotten their hands on the car yet - but you can head over to the Hennessey site to drop them a line if you're curious.
