What I have here for auction is a 2003 Chevrolet S10 work truck. I have had this truck for 4 years. bought it when it had 97,000 miles on it. I went to school in 2011 and drove it to and from school for the first year putting 40,000 miles on it. After the first year of school, it developed a intake gasket leak. I had repaired the problem but a week or so later the engine jumped time and it blew up. It now has an engine with 46,000 miles out of a 2005-2007 Chevrolet Silverado. a week later the original fuel pump went out and put in a brand new $350 fuel pump from rock auto.com in it. during the swap, the steel fuel line kinked and we had to use a high pressure rubber line as a temporary fix until I got out of school to repair. it ran fine for a few months without any problems and then it started having issues running.
It was confirmed that the rubber fuel line we put in was the reason the truck is having a difficulty running. I have since bought a new steel fuel line but have not had it installed since I had bought a car that averages 40MPG's , I have no motivation to fix it. my loss could be your gain . The truck has been sitting for roughly 6-8 months since I have purchased my 4 cylinder car.
What it needs to get running: Steel fuel line installed (as I said, I have the part) Oil Pan Gasket (have part to install) runs with this but drips oil on occasion 2-3 Shift Solenoid (completed a trans flush and some gunk inside burnt the solenoid up, have part to install) driver side wheel bearing (have part to install.
Aside from that, it needs a new windshield, rear view mirror and dash cluster cover. I have the dash cluster part to repair, just haven't installed it. the windshield cluster and rear view mirror broke during the summer due to it sitting in over 100 degree heat all summer. the bed damage was from where I avoided to get hit at a gas station and got hung up on a pump barrier. truck has been in one accident right after I bought it but was repaired by local body shop.
I have extra parts to go with it that I will dig out of the house when the truck is sold. I do have a lien on the vehicle as I owe 2,500 on it so after purchasing the vehicle, we would have to wait a week or 2 before I can get the title from the bank to send it to you.
if you have any questions, feel free to ask me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. this truck is sold as is with no warranty implied, will have to be trailered out of the property. I do have this truck listed elsewhere so I can/will end this listing early if bought outside of ebay. good luck bidding and don't hesitate to ask me anything about the truck.

Editors' Picks August 2021 | Honda Civic, Mercedes S-Class and more
Thu, Sep 9 2021This month of Editors' Picks saw us award the honor to a couple of redesigned stalwarts like the Honda Civic and Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Plus, a new crossover that splits the difference between the compact and subcompact class takes home the prize. On top of this, we'll introduce you to a new term: midcompact. We'll be using this to describe those in-between crossovers that are a tad too small to be considered compact, but too large to neatly fit into the subcompact class. For a few examples of these "midcompact" cars, we'll point you to the Ford Bronco Sport, Kia Seltos and VW Seltos. In case you missed our previous Editors' Picks posts, here’s a quick refresher on whatÂ’s going on here. We rate all the new cars we drive with a 1-10 score. Cars that are exemplary in their respective segments get EditorsÂ’ Pick status. Those are the ones weÂ’d recommend to our friends, family and anybody whoÂ’s curious and asks the question. The list that youÂ’ll find below consists of every car we rated in August that earned an EditorsÂ’ Pick. 2021 Genesis G70 2022 Genesis G70 View 26 Photos Quick take: Genesis hits all the right buttons with its G70. It's attractive, fun to drive and can be had for a fair price. Enthusiasts should give it a shot before taking home one of its German competitors. Score: 8 What it competes with: Alfa Romeo Giulia, Lexus IS, Acura TLX, Infiniti Q50, Audi A4, BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Cadillac CT4, Volvo S60 Pros: Sharp handler, stunning exterior looks, strong engines Cons: Average interior, loses manual option, small backseat and trunk From the editors: News Editor Joel Stocksdale — "I was already a big fan of the Genesis G70. It has brilliant handling, and the twin-turbo V6 is a beast. It's even a bargain against the competition. And Genesis just made it look a lot better. I wish they'd done a bit more to update the interior, but it's still not a bad cabin. Besides, you won't think too much about it when you're hustling down a fun back road." Features Editor James Riswick — "Yes, it is small, but in a sport sedan segment where "sport" means increasingly less, the G70 still delivers (in part because of that smallness).
Man surprises girlfriend with C7 Corvette
Mon, 07 Oct 2013How would you react if someone just showed up at your place of work with a new, 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, complete with all the trimmings? While a lot of us would likely be flipping out over the still rare sports car, it's a fair bet many more of us would be responding like Pattie here, whose boyfriend stopped by her work to show her her new C7.
Speechless and shocked as she seems, she does end up taking it out for a drive, despite claiming she wasn't really outfitted to handle the car's seven-speed manual transmission at the time. From the sound of the video, we got the impression that she knew the car was coming, just not that it was anywhere near ready for delivery. It also, as Pattie says, seems like her boyfriend is more excited about the car than she (which, can we blame him?). Take a look down below for the full video of this C7 Stingray delivery.
2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Convertible offers a few more views before reveal
Mon, 04 Mar 2013Over the weekend, Chevrolet released its first images of the new 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible. Now, ahead of the droptop's official introduction tomorrow at the Geneva Motor Show, the automaker has given us a few more shots of the softop C7 showing off the car's rump albeit from a high, strategically positioned angle.
From this angle, it's hard to get a sense for how long and flat the decklid really is, but we can easily see that, like the rest of the C7's design, the new convertible's decklid and tonneau cover are far more detailed than the current car. We also get a better look at the rear haunches sans brake vents, which have apparently been moved to underneath the car in order to accommodate the top's hard cover.
As for the overall styling of the C7 convertible, with the top erected, we get some idea of what a coupe design (as opposed to the Stingray's fastback shape) would look like on this car. The C5 Corvette most recently had a coupe model that did away with the large glass hatchback, and we recently reported on a low-cost "coupe" model potentially being added to the C7's repertoire.
