This is a 1988 Chevy s10 black paint, white ss stripes down hood and tailgate paint is really nice but not perfect. The engine is a 1990 454 one pice seal with flat top pistons and small comp cam and weind intake. It has a summit carburetor. It has a rebuilt 700r4 transmission with shift kit. Z-gate shifter new cable. Truck was a frame off all new body bushings, the underside is the same color as the body base coat clear 9700 black ppg paint and clear. It has edelbrock ias shocks all four corners, all new brakes and spring kits and wheel cylinders. The frame is a base coat clear silverish gray.. It has custom true dual exsuast with flow master super 40 mufflers and tail pipes exit at rear roll pan. It has a 2 inch cowl hood and molded roll pan. MSD HVC ignition and coil ,Mallory distributor. Has two 10 inch fans on a 180 thermostat relay system. Has electric fuel pump . This is a daily driver it get 10, 11 miles to the gallon. The rear end is a 7.5 with 4.10 Richmond gears,30 spline forged axles ,Moser c-clip eliminators, and Yukon posi unit all is new with about 5000 miles on it. It has a billet grill. It has weld drag lite rims and front tiers are like new rear about half. Has a 12 gallon fuel cell in box. Dose not have heater nor wipers but if goes to right price ill gook wiper up no charge..

GM recalling 426,000 sedans over faulty transmission shift cable

General Motors is recalling some 426,240 sedans that may have a faulty transmission shift cable, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report this morning. The recall concerns a fault within four-speed automatic transmissions equipped on 2007-2010 Saturn Aura models, and 2008-2010 Chevrolet Malibu and Pontiac G6 models.
The report specifies that tabs on the transmission shift cable may fracture and separate. Such a fault could cause a discrepancy between the actual position of the transmission and the apparent position of the shift lever.
GM is currently working to notify owners of the vehicles in question, and dealers will check and replace shift cables free of charge. Scroll down to read the complete NHTSA report.

Chevy Camaro is a good sport, wishes Ford Mustang Happy 50th

It was 1966 when Chevrolet launched its challenger to the wildly successful Ford Mustang, the Camaro. While the competition between the two brands was already healthy, the arrival of the Camaro set off one of the most intense, model-to-model rivalries in the industry.
That competitive spirit hasn't stopped Chevy and the Camaro from wishing Ford's iconic muscle car a Happy 50th Birthday as the Ford's April 17 anniversary rolls around. These two cars have been linked over the years, and while the rivalry took a break for a few years in the 2000s, today's competition between the Camaro and Mustang is as fierce as it's ever been.
You might recall that this friendliness when it comes to major milestones isn't too rare. Ford put on quite a display for General Motors' hundredth anniversary back in 2008. As the Camaro's fiftieth birthday approaches in 2016, we wouldn't be surprised to see the Mustang sending its best wishes to its Bowtie rival.
